I am a terrible painter but I honestly made the best painting of my life here. Ashley made the experience fun and looked to my strengths to give me advice on what I could do better. She gave me different tools throughout the process to help me accomplish the look I was going for. One of the best things about this place as well is that if you don't finish in your first visit you can come back at certain times and have full access to their resources and advice even if it takes a couple times of coming back to do so. Coming here gave me confidence in my ability to actually paint well and it was not stressful at all during the process. I had my wedding reception there and couldn't have been happier. Our ceremony was in the chapel in Old Morrison (part of Transy's campus) right across the street, which was perfect. Their rental coordinator was so helpful and easy to work with for our year of planning, even during a pandemic. They provided all the info we needed up front and stayed in touch as we planned from afar. They set up all the furniture perfectly and we're quick to send our security deposit back afterwards. Since events aren't their main focus, nothing "comes with" this rental like food, planning staff, etc., but we were able to pick exactly what we wanted for other venues so that was fine with us. We had 75 guests which felt like a great fit in the ballroom for dinner, but you could definitely fit more people in there if you needed.
