I noticed she was the manager. Checking me out was such an ENTHUSIASTIC cashier! Her name is MARI! She asked me for the reusable bag I was holding and gladly put my items in it for me. Such a delightful surprise! Mari's bubbly persona made my day. This kind of customer service ignites your feeling to go back again. It was three years since I had gone to this Long's Drugs due to the dissatisfaction in their pharmacy.

When I finally got connected to the pharmacy I was on hold and heard the "waiting music" for a bit until they just hung up on me. So I decided to just drive there and sort everything out in person. They use touchscreens where you need sign in to pick up your order. I did that. When I asked about the insurance coverage they said they can't help me and that I have to stand in another line for help. I did that. When I got to the front of the line, it took them 2 seconds to pull up my insurance on the computer. Why couldn't the first line just do that? They had a computer too. While in the second line I wanted to pay for the prescription but they said I have to go back to the first line that I was previously in. It wouldn't be much of an issue if the workers were actually nice through it all, but they were not. They were rude and acted annoyed that they had to do their job. But it wasn't just me. They were also rude to an older man who was hard of hearing. I just think it's incredibly unprofessional to treat your customers with so much attitude. Especially considering this is a pharmacy, where most ppl are here to pick up medication because they may be unwell. Y'all need to do better. Very unhappy with the service here. I'll go back to the longs pharmacy near daiso. At least the workers at that pharmacy offer better service.

We checked out and after we paid, the nice gentleman dumped a handful of hot wheels and told my kid to grab two and he said he had a couple kids over twenty and his misses having children. People can also purchase Consolidated screen saver tickets here at the gas station. Kama'aina cards are accepted here. There are two entrances to the store but only one entrance is used 24 hours. The second entrance is blocked off and locked during certain hours of the day. Majority of the times that I have stepped foot into this location the employees would always greet me with a friendly smile. One of my recent visits during the late evening it seemed liked the gas station was empty of employees. I had to say "Hello" out loud before the employee came out of the backroom. No greetings what so ever. There is a car wash on premises but it is open during daylight hours. There are vacuums on the premises but it can only be accessed when the car wash is open. There is a air machine for customers to use and it costs $1.50. The air machine can be accessed at all times of the day. There is a bus stop for individuals who depend on public transportation. Ewa Beach, Waipahu, Wahiawa, and Makaha busses can be accessed at this location. Hele in Pearl City would be my go to spot for a last minute purchase of packaged beverages.
