The food is good considering it's heat and eat. This location has gotten better because I don't see the homeless anymore. The staff is great. Very friendly. read more

Good sandwiches, only thing parking is small though. But pretty convenient if you get parking

Came to grab a quick protein shake. The line was long but it went by so fast. I never really write reviews but Abigail the assistant store manager was putting in that work and I had to give the credit where it is due. Sis was working three microwaves and 2 cash registers at the same time!! I got my protein shake in 2 seconds, love that. read more

You would be surprised at what you can find at 7-Eleven. They have so many different types of cold and hot foods to choose from and it's not your normal convenient store stuff. The food actually taste really delicious. You can buy a hot musubi or manapua at 5:30 in the morning. 7-Eleven is such a great thing to have in any community. You can purchase gas, food, drinks, magazines, hygiene products, snacks, gift cards, get money out if the ATM machine and lets not forget slurpee's in many flavors. The stores are always clean and the cashiers always have a smile to share.... even at 5:40 am. read more

7-Eleven Hawaii - Musubi - Convenience Stores Near Me - Aiea, Hawaii

It's our neighborhood 711. My family likes to come here for F'Real. It's like this ice cream based slushie drink. We love it! They have lots of great flavors, my favorite is the strawberry banana. My husband likes the peanut butter reeses one, my son likes the cookies and cream. If you're lucky, the machine won't break on you. Every time we come here, every single time! It breaks. Hahaha but you just gotta be patient, walk around a little bit, it comes back. So you get one drink in, then it breaks, walk around, come back, get another drink, then it breaks. Hahaha But seriously, we don't mind this 711, you have friendly staff, always smiling. And you have to try their pho! If you want a quick fix and craving for pho? 711 has some good instant pho! They also have musubis, chicken with rice, even some pork hash! I also tried their banana bread on the counter, they were pretty good. I also like to buy ice cream from here, they have my favorite fish shaped ice cream with red bean. Love it! read more

I go here because it's near my house and it's convenient. I bought a Oreo handi snack. Got home and it tasted stale and totally rancid. It was obviously super old but there was no date on it and since it was only a dollar I was like meh whatever. The next time I came here I bought a snack called pepero. I should have checked the date because after I got home and opened it, i realized it expired 6 months ago! Be careful when purchasing snacks here and always check the date because obviously they put stuff out and never rotate stock. What about the bentos and hot foods? GroSs!! read more

7-Eleven Hawaii - Bought this 8/1/2020... - Convenience Stores Near Me - Aiea, Hawaii

Location is all it is. I got a good reminder today of why I will go to any other 7-11 in the area instead of this one POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. read more

Heard a lot of good things about their new dim sum. Tried the jalapeño pork hash and the shrimp and pork pork hash. I was really surprised by the improvement over the dim sum they used to provide. I will definitely be back again. read more

A decently stocked 7-11 with courteous personnel. I'm only giving 3 stars to this location due to the fuel operations. My observations are: 1. The pumps dispense fuel about 50% slower than other gas stations. 2. This location is usually more expensive than other stations...maybe due to its location 3. Pump receipt paper frequently runs out; forcing me to go inside to get my receipt ; probably with the intent to entice me to make impulse purchases read more

I don't know how is the manager but the manager needs to force the mask up rule I saw two people walking in with out a mask how can we be a safer Hawaii if u are letting people come in without a mask u guys should have the mask mandated up or ask them where is your mask and then not let them pull up their shirt like one man did that is not a real mask if they don't have a mask on then u should ask them to leave read more

Hooray! Another location that sells bus passes and accepts credit cards for payment. I didn't want to go anywhere near the NEX during payday weekend, so I had to find a different 7-11 that sold bus passes. They answered the phone right away and verified that they have passes available. The parking lot was very full when I arrived, but I was able to snag a space to go inside. The inside was very clean and well organized. It looked like you could get plenty of convenience store items in there for your typical corner store prices. The employees were friendly and were able to get me a bus pass quickly and without any problems. The lot was still very full when I exited and there were several cars waiting to take my place when I left. Overall, I'll probably use this location during payday weekends when the 7-11 by the NEX will be slammed, but I'll know that there might be a wait for parking. read more

Front lady very rude for no reason. Asked about having a bathroom and she said there wasn't one. She also has a very stank look towards customers who just came to buy something. read more

Went to get gas, gave the cashier $10. Decided to get some food and drinks. Total is $13 plus $10 for gas so around $23. When the cashier rings me up I give him more but he says I'm short. So I gave a $20. Went back today because I realize he took my $10. I didn't get my $10 back from before I went back to get food. They told me I cannot he helped. Ok. So you guys saw in the camera that he took it but you guys aren't going to do anything. Ok. Not going back if he's working there still. Terrible Waste of time. read more

My 6 yo had to go to the bathroom and I went in with him. Cashier said no public restrooms. Offered to buy something and she looked away as he held himself and started crying. Absolute monsters. Stay clear. read more

7-Eleven's are here for... CONVENIENCE! When you feel like having a manapua at 2am or a cup of hot chocolate mixed with your coffee, this is your go to place. When you need gas for your car but you don't want to travel far, you go to your neighborhood 7-Eleven! Sure the gas may be more expensive that the big discount guys, but remember, the key here is... you know... CONVENIENCE! Heck, you may spend that .20 cents / gallon you save on your gas driving to and from the big guys! Do the math! They also have some great bentos, hot dogs, cold drinks, including cold beer... Their prices are competitive and it's so easy to find a 7-Eleven just about anywhere you go! Remember what I said, when you are feeling lazy and don't feel like driving too far, CONVENIENCE will always win in that situation!!! "Yelp's 31's" - #5/31 read more

Basic convenience store but I can say that this one is very clean for being at a gas station. It is a newer/renovated store so I hope they can keep it that way. The location is perfect too. its at an intersection and on the way to the mall (for me, anyway). I dont have to drive off my regular course just to get to it. read more

Love this place as its open 24 hours a day, when you need that freshing drink or a small snack to satisfy your cravings. Yes, I remember when this was a Tesoro 2 go....but this property has changed vendors a number of times throught the years. I cant really say much except its 7 Eleven..... =) read more

I remember when this place was a Tesoro 2 Go. Back then they swopped out the free air and water pumps and replaced them with pumps that charge 25-50 cents. I thought fine, Chevron on Kam Hwy next to Pearl Kai still gives their customers free air and water. Now that 7eleven took over and replaced the Tesoro pumps with 76 pumps, they've taken away the squeegees, its pouring cats and dogs today and these bastards won't let their customers squeegee off the dirt, mud, and rain of their windshields. Once again, fine Chevron on Kam Hwy next to Pearl Kai supplies squeegees for their customers to use. As I've mentioned, today is raining cats and dogs. I'm not sure what was wrong with the 76 gas pumps, it wouldnt let me enter my zip code after it processed my debit card, perhaps the rain glitched the system, I don't know. So I go inside to pay. I have a kama'aina card from First Hawaiian Bank that gives me 5cents off a gallon. Not a big deal, but in this recession every penny counts. So I hand the micro, I'm sorry I mean cashier, my Debit card and Kama'aina card, and the micro, I'm sorry I mean cashier, asks if I want $25, I say no, I want $40. She swipes both cards, and turns around and says "I'm sorry did you say 45, or 25?" I say "No, I just want $40". So the micro, I'm sorry I mean cashier, voids the transaction out, and swipes my card again. I don't realize that the micro, I'm sorry I mean cashier, didn't give me my Kama'aina card discount till after I finish pumping my $40 of gas, and see the price is still $3.43 a gallon instead of $3.38. Pissed off I reason to myself that explaining the problem to her someone who doesnt "speakadagondamn" language isnt worth the hassle, so I drove off and vow to never go there again. Chevron on Kam Hwy near Pearl Kai was my next stop, squeegee and free air and water, just to bad they dont allow use of FHB's Kama'aina card for discounts. read more

I used to come here when it was Tesoro. This place has coconut water and that is a plus for me most convenience stores I go to don't have any. There was a long line when I went but it moved fairly quickly. Staff was nice. read more

Went there for a f'real and hot coffee on a Sunday evening. Yes, I know I shouldn't expect fresh coffee at that hour but I didn't expect bitter coffee or empty canisters not clearly marked as empty(got my hopes up with vanilla mac nut). Also the half and half dispenser was empty and there were no individual half n half containers available. The f'real machine is tucked in a corner and must be forgotten about because that thing was DISGUSTING. Otherwise, thanks for having spam katsu musubi hot and available! read more

Retarded people working here. 4 of them and only one on the register. And there a long line. Idiots!

I like 7-11 and their foods! Love their manapuas, fried noodles, pork hash, sushi, and mochiko musibi. I was about to give them 5 stars but when I ate their mochiko musibi, it was mostly all skin. Didn't like it since the other 7-11s have more chicken meat thank skin on it. When I first came in, there were so many food selections and a lot too unlike kapoleis 7-11 (maybe from all the ebt people lol) anyways, overall it's very clean and big I loved it. The only two I like are Pearl city and waipios 7-11. read more
