Chose to use the norwell location…read more On Friday I called they booked me for an appointment on Saturday with a promised finishing time at noon I usually sleep in till 2 as I work nights so I was up early eagerly waiting for a call which came at 10am I swiftly drove up there to see (mind you it's winter and it's snowing) my car right out front running with the heat blasting cleaner than a Dutch whistle! I've never gotten a detail before as I'm kinda frugal but I got this as a gift I usually clean my car out myself let me say this I live in this car not literally but my line of work has me commuting alot I had food caked on in all the crevices and cracks it wasn't hoarder staus dirty I'll say that Everything from floor to ceiling of my car.... Looked like I drove it off the lot 4 years ago Not a crumb in sight no stains Even though I talked to one guy at the counter who gave me exceptional customer service I get a follow up call to make sure I picked up my car and to see if I enjoyed the service and I said that it looked like I drove it off a car lot today brand new and that I'd definitely recommend this business to friends and family If you have the money and live local to the norwell or Marshfield location support them!

I brought a spoiler to Anthony to wrap since he had ceramic coated my car. He was an acquaintance to a family member, so I assumed I'd be in good hands. I was wrong. After giving him my spoiler, I got it back 5 weeks later. It was done so poorly, I took the 2 hour round trip to have it redone, as I was told "they would take care of it" I didnt hear from Anthony for 9 months and when I started to reach out there were nothing but excuses. I got the runaround for months and finally to the point where I said give me back the spoiler. $350 later and no spoiler and time wasted. The only thing he provided was excuses. Anthony will act like your best pal and will be over the top nice to you, but his only intentions are taking your money. And as far as ceramic coating your car, this is a bit deceiving as well. You pay $2000 up front and then another $250 yearly for an annual "coating" which was really just a car wash with a spray sealant applied, there's no actual ceramic coating applied yearly, it's a deceiving sales tactic. Bring your vehicle to a place that doesn't play games and treats their customers with respect and stands by their work. Because at Northeast autospa you'll get none of those things
