I went into this business for the first time, and purchased a jacket, the clerk never mentioned…read morethat I needed to create an account, or what the return policy was. when I went to return the jacket, because the sleeves were much too baggy, the clerk told me that the policy was a credit in the store only if I had an account. I purchased by credit card so I expected a refund on the card. The policy was not on the receipt, nor did I see the sign, because I didn't know that I should look for one. The clerk also stated that I should have tried it on when I made the purchase, but she didn't suggest it at the time of purchase. The owner later said that they were not a box store and couldn't do cash refunds. If they can't refund on a card they shouldn't be in business.

Loaded all of my paperwork without issue. On arrival, the facility is attractive and clean. The receptionist was kind and the intake nurse was incredibly considerate too. When they thought my wait might be extended due to the immediate care needed by another patient, she came to check on me and offered me water!! Regardless, it wasn't a terribly long wait. My appointment was at 12:45 and I saw the doctor at 1:36. Not bad at all when they are dealing with more urgent needs. The doctor (I think her last name is Brashears) was super too! She was considerate and helped elevate my pain. Thank you! Billing will be my last experience and I cannot speak to that yet. With what I have experienced so far, I would not hesitate to return or recommend them to others.

Attempted to go to the one on 511 W Main in Russellville. They informed me that I would have to…read moremake a co-pay in order to get service when I have never had to before. I have a health reimbursement account that has no need for co-pays unless I have no money left in the account which I do. The lady at front desk said I was required to pay anyway with the information she was receiving on her computer and when I suggested she call my insurance she said even if I have no copay I would still have to pay according to their policy. Either she is misinformed or they have changed their policy. I have used them several times in the past when it was Sherwood Care and Baptist care and never payed anything upfront. I won't be back. Great service at Fast Pace Urgent Care. I recommend them instead.
