I suppose the question is; whats the average repair time for a computer?? This is a legitimate question; if they can fix a lot of the problems either on the spot or need to take a few hours, the café isn't really useful. But if the repair time averages 5 - 30 minutes, the café is ideal. I suppose you could come in off the street just for the café, but I'm not sure a lot would. Partially because they might not know its there, and partially because it's the centre of manly; there are some great cafes around. There's only a small ranges of sandwhiches and basic coffees, it's not built for volume of variety. I suppose, for being a computer store it has a great café, but as a café it's a bit of a downer. Either way, it's a combo deal. Inquire about your computer and relax over some food or coffee.

And looked back down at his phone and continued playing a game. The male customer watched him play a game and the guy ignored him for 5 minutes, so I left as I realized the loser working there was more interested in playing a game in his phone than doing his job. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. 0/5 all up for service, cleanliness, price and friendliness. Worst and rudest staff ever. Never go here!!!!

Late last year, I brought an iPod Classic 160gb in this store and I thought it was good but the…read moredevice looked a bit damaged. For a while, it syncs okay but up until this week, it syncs badly to not syncing at all and I have been under stress because of it so thanks CeX Brookvale, I was wishing to get an iPod that's perfectly used and good $200+ price but instead I brought one that's badly used and good $200+ price PLUS another possible $100-200 for repair which is what I don't want. And with that, your store is on my avoid list and I wish you would have checked for the quality and usage before selling it.
