Incredible attention to detail and just delightful overall. Mailynn took such great care of my husband...beyond! She is a massage therapist who delivered exceptional care which was so perfect for his first experience. So much so that we immediately booked our next appointment! We were so impressed and would DEFINITELY recommend Ahava 100% Thank you Taylor and Mailynn!! You are a blessing

I have curly hair and I'd say I have medium thickness hair and I would not recommend this business…read moreto anyone because even though it smelled very good, they offered me coffee, and Morgan was very nice, the girl who was meant to do my hair refused. Instead of bleaching, she explained that bleaching at all would damage it (obviously) but she explained it like it would ruin it curly or straight but she had bleached hair too? I tried to do my undercut instead because I could just shave it, but she still refused, I'm guessing cause she didn't know how to do my hair. She offered me a moisturizing treatment because my hair was dry, (mind you because I didn't wash my hair for the upcoming bleaching) and then to shave my undercut? I ended up bleaching hair at home (2 round) and got to my desired level and dyed it at home and my curls were fine but not ruined like she explained it.

I greatly appreciated Song, my technician, who was very friendly and communicated with me during the session. I would absolutely come back here if I'm in town. I got the WORST manicure of my life at The Nail Boutique. She never soaked my hands or put any…read morelotion. She was using Sally Hanson products from Walmart on me. All she did was make each nail a different length & shape. She seemed shocked when I told her I wanted them the same length. She spent 7-10 minutes messing my nails up. I also, got the most expensive pedicure & she didn't remove the calluses. When I asked her to please work on them more there was an up charge (they're still the same as when I went in). $20 up charge for gel polish. I'm not even charged that on Maui. Do your self a favor & go somewhere else!! I wish I hadn't of paid. This place is the literal worst. UPDATE: The bigger question is why is MANAGEMENT of the salon so quick to call every bad review a LIE? Because they know it's true, perhaps? In fact, that is the case! BUYER BEWARE THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! If the nasty management wants to leave, another ugly deceitful reaction, I'll upload pictures too they're awful! I definitely got a manicure and a pedicure in this salon. She certainly used Sally Henson cuticle gel on me & made every single nail a different length & shape. I'm wondering if she was even licensed. Not to mention the salon was dirty. Maybe it's time to call state boards ‍

Update: (see first review if you haven't)…read more I love that Tonya tried to turn this around to "I'm just a disrespectful person as my general to adults," but then admitted she doesn't know me and hadn't heard from me even after the first incident. Tonya doesn't know me, I'm not sure why she'd outwardly admit to gossiping about her clients. Please tell us Tonya, who did you discuss my private client information with to determine i was just disrespectful in general? Dont your clients have protection like HIPPA? You don't need to answer that. I screenshotted your response and intend to find out on my own with your written proof of breach. (I guess my dad, your good friend, didn't mention it was a legal based degree?) When you screw up someone's grad pics by not showing up to the appointment which was booked a month or more prior, yes Tonya, they are going to leave a bad review. It doesn't make it bogus LOL. It's on purpose because we already discussed the reason for my appointments and confirmed it (TWICE) and you still just decided not to show. Your solutions were the week AFTER my reason for even scheduling the original appointment or a random person you trained even though I spent weeks even looking for you. No thanks. Just admit you can't run a business like your friend Lisa tells everyone.

The wax was much less painful than previous waxes I've had at other places. This was my first time having microneedling done, and the aesthetician walked me through it step by step as she was performing the facial. She was very professional and courteous the whole time. Would definitely recommend Infinique and would return.

During my pedicure, the nail tech commented on my hairy legs even after I apologized. It's winter in Wisconsin; it happens. Then, when clipping my toenails, I apologized again since I don't get routine pedicures, and she commented about how long they were as well. It made the entire service feel uncomfortable and judgmental. When I moved on to my manicure, the tech (I didn't catch their name) accidentally cut my finger and it started bleeding. I included a photo. By that point, I honestly just wanted the appointment to be over. I hated my experience that was suppose to be relaxing. The total was $135 before tip, which is significantly higher than what I usually pay in Appleton ($90 for the same basic manicure and pedicure). For what I received, it felt overpriced. I wasn't asking for anything complicated--just simple colors, no designs, nothing extra. Overall, I left feeling like an inconvenience rather than a customer. I'm not a picky person, but based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend this salon, 0/5 stars.
