The work I needed was a bit complicated, because I needed to retrofit a new LED system onto existing wiring, that ran all throughout existing hardscape and had been cut / not visible in many areas. This was no challenge for Todd and his team, however, and they were able to trace all the existing wiring and plan out the new layout. On top of everything, Todd suggested we move the existing transformer to the complete opposite side of my house, where other utilities sit, so that I don't have an eyesore in my driveway. He provided me several options for lighting and everything was installed quickly and professionally. I'm very happy with the finished product and the level of service / communication from Todd and his team. Oh and btw...when a few weeks after install, my kids kicked and broke one of the lights...Todd came out and replaced it free of charge. What a legend! Promised he could complete by July 14th. He took $16,000 deposit in May, and then a couple of days later he needed another $6,000. He hired some people for a couple days to break up concrete. He never paid his sub (sprinkler and lighting guy) so I had to pay that out of pocket so they wouldn't rip out all of the sprinkler/lighting work. Another $4k there. My back yard is a complete disaster since he hasn't been back in over a month and won't return my calls/emails/texts. The few trees that he planted are all dead. He busted up my new fence when cutting down a tree that he wasn't supposed to cut down, there's another $1,600 to fix. See pics for before and current. My backyard wasn't even all that bad before, now I'm out $28k with nothing to show for it but a ruined muddy/overgrown back yard. They came and everything they said they were going to do in the quote was like pulling teeth. The limb they were supposed to cut was only the branches off of it. I did not argue and I paid the amount quoted because it came with a $40 maintenance fee. I called again and the maintenance fee went up to $150. I would not recommend this company and advise you to see alternative means. Additionally, the owner's son was left to do the initial work and I was told he didn't speak English.
