A new neighbor helped connect the two drain pipe parts back together. No one called me back. I tried a week later, left a msg with them. Sump pump issue again. I requested they make sure the 2nd pump 2 doors down is working since mine was iffy. No response. My friends noticed one pump was not pumping while a lower one did on occasion. I called & left a msg again. No response. I left msgs twice in the past 2 days. This time I said have the community Mgr call me directly--tonight or tomorrow. It is 8:02 p.m. CT. No returned call. Two townhouses in each building of 4 to 5 have a sump pump for all the bldg units. Ensuring they work is critical to preventing flooding. The answering service? does not seem to understand building maintenance. 360 does not understand communication nor urgency.

You buy a property, gut it, and less than a month later (without renos mind you) you put it up for sale $250k more than your purchase price. Make it make sense. The most you should ask for is the purchase price you paid plus demo price. Whoever your agent is in charge of that property is also difficult to work with. He doesn't let anyone get a word out to have a normal human being conversation. Won't go near your agency with a 10 ft pole.

While I understand the laws have changed around buyers commission and sellers commission fee, the percentage requested up front is more than the average commission received by sellers today... usually it's 6% total (buyer/seller) and 1% goes to the sellers company, and selling realtor gets 2.5% to 3.0% and buying realtor gets 2.0% to 2.5%. Even then everything should be negotiable between the buyer/seller which is what the law was changed to mean.. Would not recommend anyone deal with Amanda from John greene Realtor.

Hui Li lied and said they had approval from my agent to view my home. They pressured my teenage son the let them in and made all sorts of demands, such as putting my dogs away. Stupid move Hui Li! My dogs could have KILLED you and your clients. Are you really that stupid??? You are a moron of the highest degree!!! By no means are you or anyone who you represent will ever be allowed in my house, EVER!!!! Do you understand me?!?!?! You broke trust with your dishonest practices. You should lose your real estate license, if you even have one. Prove to us you do! I would advise anyone out there to stay away from this lady. No smart at all and a liar.     D.R. Horton Complain Hi everyone,…read more Got a D.R Horton Single family house in Greenbriar division - Plainfield, IL October 2023. I need your help! I'm trying to escalate an issue that's affecting many houses in our area, and I need to reach the right people. If you have any email addresses for local officials, DR Horton representatives, or anyone else who might be able to help, please share them with me. False advertising for themselves. EVERY state they have built in there has been major lawsuits and complaints for faulty construction, inferior products used, not honoring their warranties etc. Customers who have bought new homes from D.R. Horton are dealing with massive problems. They feel unsafe in their own homes and the issues are taking a huge financial toll. On top of that, the builder has been unresponsive to homeowners' concerns. The lack of communication and accountability have caused homeowners to become fed up. Submitted 1 year warranty in October 2024 and nobody reached out for 2 months and got lost. Spoke to Sales office and made me do a new request in December warranty person changed to someone called Mark and he reached out. January they addressed few issues but not all. The nail pops were done but not the paint touch-ups and caulking counters when all my neighbors got it in 1 year warranty. They saying it's not in contract when you signed so they won't. Mark had me reached out to his boss Mike who been constantly dodging our calls numerous times since a month. Still have not called me back. Fully expect by the time they return my call it will definitely be out of warranty. Still the paint touch-ups and caulking need to be done, the landscaping had no flowers since we bought the house and that is also not addressed, the gutter had been wrongly placed next to the front porch which made a huge hole in the ground. Uneven ceiling in kitchen might be a leak, upstairs floor creaking. You better have your phone set to record when you enter the sales office. They will tell you just about anything to have you sign the contract and a good portion of it won't be correct. Record them! Our sales person said nail pops, touchups and caulking will be covered in 1 year warranty. Will never by another DR Horton home. There have been lists and lists of touchups. If I could go back, I would have never bought this home. It is so disappointing. We thought buying new construction was the safe route, keeping us free from issues/repairs at least for the first few years. That has not been the case.
