Talking to parents and teachers, this district seems more friendly than most others. It may sound funny but it has more of a local small town feel even though the area has grown quite a bit. You will be greeted by smiling staff and joined by families holding hands, sharing culture and learning together. The office staff are so kind to the children, each other, and are there to offer any support parents/caregivers might need. Administration is on point, they have open doors and professionally deal with any issues that arise. The teachers are good, honest people who not only care about your child's education but also guide them in becoming good citizens of our community. Teachers are always open to feedback, new ideas, volunteers, and working with parents to continue education at home. We have loved our time at Rock Creek School and feel blessed for they hard work that is done there every day. Plus, they have a Boys & Girls Club right there on campus!

This review is for the gym facilities and not the school's teachers, philosophy, or functionality…read more This elementary school, located near the district office and down a long driveway in Loomis is the site of a gym/multipurpose room that is rented to a local basketball tournament director thus games overflow to here along with other venues. The gym is newer and clean and there is adequate space. It is in the outskirts of Loomis so it is less easy to find. Overall, good place to see/play basketball.
