However as a drove off, I looked at the bill and noticed that I was charged $10.99 for treatment additive, which I never agreed PLUS the fact that they forgot that I was watching them. No additive was added to my car. I asked for the manager, which he said his name was Luis but on my receipt it says Samuel and discussed this situation with him. He said, "we add additives to every cars that has high miles," which is totally UNTRUE. All of my cars have high miles and this never happened. After a long discussion, he refused to take that fraudulent charge off my bill. I will be contacting their cooperate office. These guys are NOT to be trusted.
