I have only been here twice and it is winter so there is no outdoor seating of course, the indoor seating is very comfy. I have encountered very friendly staff who are helpful with making suggestions for beverages. I had a very nice plain ol' iced tea today, they also have a green iced tea with coconut flavor which I did not choose as it sounded a bit strange for my liking. The iced tea was very refreshing and approximately $3.50 or so for a large. Great location in the heart of downtown, lots of free parking in front and side streets.

Many places now charge this but aren't as good at letting you know. Service is always terrific. Great place!
