I specially like their efficient system when I buy shoes, first I try to choose the item/shoes that I like, then I scan the shoe at their digital pad to find out if there is an available size for that item, if there is, I can digitally request it so that I can try it on, I just have to input my name then wait for my name to be called by the staff when they carry it out from their storage. The service was fast, systematic and efficient. I was able to buy new shoes in no time. Price is fair, they usually have red tags for sale items, shoes were properly arrange in each category. I had about 50 guests and we rented the Billiards section & bowling area along with public access to the game arcade. We had their meal package of 5 apps + added the nachos bar. We also paid a bar tab + provided arcade game cards for our guests who wanted to play. It was honestly an amazing party. It was great to have a home base of billiards/bowling which is a quieter section, after being in and out of the arcade. Many people were impressed with the food. The areas were spacious & clean. Drinks were great as well. Karen, the events manager is amazing. She understood me and my vision for my son's party. She always responded extremely fast via email with great details. Owen, the manager of the party was fantastic- always present and everything I needed was easy for him to help with. If you have a party, request Si for your bar- he's super friendly and a great bartender. The server we had was so attentive and kind, her name was Marina, and she helped keep my party on schedule and everything was so neat & tidy. My son has been playing with shooting Stars Sports for almost 4 years and every coach is kind, courteous, patient and caring for each child. As great as those qualities are, they teach kids in a way that encourages teamwork, respect and love for sports. Coach Mike, coach Chuck, Coach Sean, Coach Margaret and Coach Brenda have all been great but Coach Maddy has always been my son's favorite. She truly teaches kids the skills they should know and makes the love playing at the same time. Truly wonderful. Ask about their parties also, had my sons 7th birthday a week ago and he already asked to have the same party again, he had an absolute blast and is still talking about it.
