They offer free trial sessions so you can experience the program before committing. After my son's initial session, I signed him up for 20 sessions. Which he will use during off season to improve his endurance, strength and performance. The workout varies from session to session, changing it up for the kids so its not too predictable. They give the kids breaks for water, but they have you out there moving pretty much the whole time. The intensity level of the kids vary, but they do try to push you. My son is definitely tired after the workout, but he looks forward to it now.

I feel the response from the owner was nothing but victim blaming and slander instead of taking accountability. The gyms only concern is money and purposely ignores your request when you want to cancel to get an extra month or two out of you.

Our older daughter frequently tells people how much she learned while at Gym Nest and that she felt so welcomed by the gymnasts and coaches. We moved at the end of the summer and she misses Gym Nest very much. She tried out for our new local gym's Xcel Bronze team. We started here with my son at about 18months. He's never done any activities without me before so…read moreat first naturally he hated it. We are 3 months in now and he loves it. We love our instructor, Kayla so much. He had 0 pool experience before coming here and now he loves the pool and the water and I see him improving even more every lesson. All the instructors in the pool look great though and everyone looks happy. My son doesn't go to daycare or anything so it's also nice to watch him enjoy an activity that I don't have to participate in.

We explained that we were not ready to commit, they said it was standard to ask for the information. They have been repeatedly charging our credit card, we now have to get Amex involved to dispute the charge because when we went their in person to resolve they made us wait two hours to "speak" to a manger who was there the entire time listening in! Finally she stepped up (literally after two hours of keep us waiting ) and said only a district manager could resolve this. She was rude as rude can be. Stay away !

I can't speak to the competitive level gymnastics program. I pulled my child out of the…read morerecreational program because the group was too big and she was being left to practice without adult supervision. One time she was assigned to a balance beam that was too big for her to mount. No one noticed, and she just stood there watching the other kids practice on the beams. Another time there was a substitute coach who had her try something that was way too advanced, and she fell. At that point we were done.
