She was very attentive and always available to talk when we had questions. She helped us get a competitive offer in on our dream home the same day we viewed it, even staying up late with us to make sure we got it in as quickly as possible. We appreciated Michelle's honesty and transparency, giving us honest feedback about our offer strategy and what to expect throughout the process. She explained things clearly in a way that made it easy to understand for a couple people with no experience in real estate. She was also instrumental in getting us help with lenders, home inspections, and final negotiations in escrow. All in all, we can't can't say enough good things about our experience with Michelle. And we certainly wouldn't have landed our home without her!

Their team of individuals who I have been working with for close to 20 years have been amazing to work with as an owner of a property and as a board member of an association that they manage. And if you get lucky to get Erica Tromley and Melissa Vallone, they have truly been great to work with. And just to add an comment addressing some of the other reviews I have seen here who say they raised your HOA dues or made changes to your HOA rules (CC&R's etc). Make note that a hired property management company does not impose or make those decisions, nor do they have the control to do so. Those decisions are made by YOUR Elected Board Members, NOT association management companies. So you may want to attend your HOA meetings in person, meet your board members and communicate and voice your concerns to your elected Board Members. The association management company is there to enforce what your board members and or what the CC&R's stipulate are the guidelines and rules.

Well as a real-estate agent representing the owner he should have known what type of business the owner didn't want! You can't just ask to run my credit and have a hard inquiry on my credit then tell me I don't want your kind of business; the agent knew what type of business I wanted to open and he should have known if it was ok with the owner or not! It was very unprofessional to run my credit before making sure that my proposed business was acceptable by the owner. With your action you lowered my credit score and caused me to run another un necessary inquiry for my future place of business because of the incompetence you demonstrated.
