Their products are well tagged with prices, and service is good. Check this place out, before deciding on purchasing elsewhere(to make sure you've exhausted your search). Even for those who end up in Northern Dutchess Hospital and who have lost most of their clothes from car accidents or whatever, this store might even have some type of product to get you back on your feet at good prices, until you can get back on your feet again). No inside hallway connection between the hospital and this thrift shop exists, so walking between these two seems to be unconvincing. A person will either get hypothermic walking here, or become scorched from the hot sun walking here from the hospital). From the name, however, I wonder what percentage of the sales price the hospital takes in on money? This place doesn't look like it's been ever improved in a dozen or so years.

The clothes are fashionable and in really good condition, so the caliber is closer to that of a nice consignment store. What's different is that the prices are GREAT and, this store is a force for good. The owner donates a portion of proceeds to a range of important causes and also has a beautiful "mitzvah" board where you can donate a few dollars to a future customer dealing with something difficult, and/ or also doing something good and the donation will make their day. This is going to be our go-to spot for donating and shopping in the Hudson Valley. Enjoy!

They have everything from crushed black velvet coats with bunny fur collars to 1960's halter dresses and everything in between. This place is such a trip…read more Apparently, this is how people used to get clothing back in the day; before Amazon, the Gap, and gargantuan malls, you walked a few blocks to the local clothing store and chose from whatever they had on hand. I vaguely remember going to shops like this in Queens when I was a tater tot. I can't imagine many of them still exist. I wouldn't say that I'd be thrilled to have it as my only option if I lived in Rhinebeck, but as a living piece of old timey nostalgia it's really rather cool.
