But for the most part every single time I've been in I've found at least one great item. Most often I walk out of there with a bag full of clothes! Bring your own bag of course. There have been a few consignment stores here in Chico over the years and I've always had good experiences with them. I've been going to Apple Blossom Baby for many years now. The owners are awesome! Not only are they friendly and honest people but I also happen to believe in their philosophy on a lot of things. They have an awesome work ethic and run a wonderful business filled with a lot of positivity. They hire great people as well when they're not doing the work themselves. When I placed my order online, Ted followed up immediately with me to introduce himself and confirm my order. That direct line of contact is important when you are renting another place and don't know totally how it will all go down once you get there. 2. Very Flexible and Accommodating - and SO NICE. We got early check in to the unit and I asked Ted if we could move up our delivery window. He replied immediately yes. Then as we were leaving we realized the pack and play was not going to fit into our car. I emailed Ted and asked if we could get a second crib - he said no problem. Then, we hit traffic and missed the window (which I had specially requested) - and Ted took the initiative to text me, get into the unit, and set everything up before we were even there. All with the most pleasant attitude. (I would have been annoyed with me.) Ted also threw in a few bath toys, ride-on toys, and books for free. 3. New, Quality Gear. The cribs and bedding were very clean, and the BOB stroller was spotless (hard for a stroller) and in great condition. 4. Accountable. When we were checking out, Ted made a point to track me down and introduce himself to me. He wanted to make sure everything went smoothly and that we were satisfied. THANK YOU TED!! We rented a carseat for our grandchild to use when she came to visit with her parents because we…read morehad left our carseat somewhere else and forgot to bring it back. It was very easy to communicate via e-mail with Cyndi, one of the owners. She sent the form to me that I would need to fill out and bring with me and my credit card when I picked up the carseat. The pickup location was convenient for me. When we arrived to pick up the carseat, Cyndi had gotten the date mixed up and was not there. Someone in her office (who was not part of Feels Like Home Baby) was very kind and tried to help us. She knew where the carseats were kept but wasn't sure how to assign a seat to us. We finally decided to find the one most like the one we own so we would know how to install it correctly. The person helping us called Cyndi to find out how to process the payment. She was very kind, on her lunch hour, but still did her best to help us. The carseat we received was in good condition. I did need to vacuum out the crumbs from the bottom as well as some pet fur that was stuck to the cover. The carseats were stacked along the side of a foyer so some were right side up and others upside down. There were several different styles but they all seemed to have seat covers that needed to be vacuumed. I would use this service again if I needed to rent a carseat. I would suggest they clean each seat when it is returned, cover them in plastic or with a cloth cover, and find a better way to store them (maybe add a shelf system along that wall) so the seats are not being damaged by tipping over when someone is looking through them.

What a joke. Ahead…read moreof a wedding, we placed an order for toys and gear to be delivered to the rental residence where the bride's two sisters and families would be staying. As the wedding coordinator, I also added on two Boppy pillows to be used inside a wagon at the ceremony to prop up a couple of babies. The last I heard from the company was in an email confirming that I wanted to add on to the order the two pillows. The kids seemed pleased with the "new" toys to play with but I noticed a couple had the name Tanya written on them in large letters, which seemed dirty and old to me. My main issue is that we were only given one Boppy in the rental delivery and when I emailed the company, inquiring on whether we'd be able to receive the second one before the wedding, they sent back a condescending one line email and then disregarded all future communication. No apology, no explanation. I was pleasant in my message and there is no reason why I wasn't treated better.
