What is nice about Biggest Little Baby is that they have so many amazing and trusted products all in one location. I honestly wish I had known about this place while I was pregnant! When you arrive to the shop and walk in, you quickly notice there's a lot more to it than just a store. They have different sections for kids, mom's post-pregnancy, and pregnant mamas! I also thought it was so neat to see they have baby holders that caregivers can wear to rent! This is so nice to be able to test out products or just not have to commit to buying too much expensive baby gear. Another thing I learned about was all the fun classes that people can attend! We rented a carseat for our grandchild to use when she came to visit with her parents because we…read morehad left our carseat somewhere else and forgot to bring it back. It was very easy to communicate via e-mail with Cyndi, one of the owners. She sent the form to me that I would need to fill out and bring with me and my credit card when I picked up the carseat. The pickup location was convenient for me. When we arrived to pick up the carseat, Cyndi had gotten the date mixed up and was not there. Someone in her office (who was not part of Feels Like Home Baby) was very kind and tried to help us. She knew where the carseats were kept but wasn't sure how to assign a seat to us. We finally decided to find the one most like the one we own so we would know how to install it correctly. The person helping us called Cyndi to find out how to process the payment. She was very kind, on her lunch hour, but still did her best to help us. The carseat we received was in good condition. I did need to vacuum out the crumbs from the bottom as well as some pet fur that was stuck to the cover. The carseats were stacked along the side of a foyer so some were right side up and others upside down. There were several different styles but they all seemed to have seat covers that needed to be vacuumed. I would use this service again if I needed to rent a carseat. I would suggest they clean each seat when it is returned, cover them in plastic or with a cloth cover, and find a better way to store them (maybe add a shelf system along that wall) so the seats are not being damaged by tipping over when someone is looking through them.

What a joke. Ahead…read moreof a wedding, we placed an order for toys and gear to be delivered to the rental residence where the bride's two sisters and families would be staying. As the wedding coordinator, I also added on two Boppy pillows to be used inside a wagon at the ceremony to prop up a couple of babies. The last I heard from the company was in an email confirming that I wanted to add on to the order the two pillows. The kids seemed pleased with the "new" toys to play with but I noticed a couple had the name Tanya written on them in large letters, which seemed dirty and old to me. My main issue is that we were only given one Boppy in the rental delivery and when I emailed the company, inquiring on whether we'd be able to receive the second one before the wedding, they sent back a condescending one line email and then disregarded all future communication. No apology, no explanation. I was pleasant in my message and there is no reason why I wasn't treated better.
