We start walking back, all five of us, sun goes down, water coming down the hills from the snow, feet wet, getting cold, havent had dinner BUT STILL DRINKING BEER. 6.5 miles later in the pitch dark we arrive at camp and start a roaring fire to warm up. My dad was not a happy camper having to leave his truck out in the middle of no where over night. So first thing in the morning we drive into town with my truck and stop off at this place. This place is AWESOME! I mean not just mom and pop awesome, just down right BAD ASS! Has more things than you can ever imagine. Crazy thing is it is like organized clutter if that makes sense. The owner was super friendly and got a good chuckle out of the story even though my dad wasnt laughing. We bought three shovels and some heavy duty chains. We even mingled for a little bit in this store kind of making a mental list of future needs if we needed them. Anyway, long story not so short, we were able to dig the truck out of the snow after a couple hours of digging and we proceeded to drink MORE BEER as a little quasi celebration. I'm an old lady and have often wondered what it is I've done to piss their sales people off.
