My husband and I purchased a new wood stove from Quincy Hot Spot in October 2024. They measured…read moreincorrectly and as a result the stove was 2 inches too short. To make it functional, they placed the stove on bricks until a permanent solution could be obtained. The business clearly took responsibility for the mistake and said they would "make it right and we mistakenly took them at their word and paid them in full. Needless to say, out stove is still up on bricks and after contacting them countless times, we still have no resolution to problem. The owner, Chris even hung up on us. We have taken matters into our own hands and will be seeking restitution for our costs through the court system. Do yourself a favor and choose another company, they do not stand behind their work and customer service is non existent. If I could give them zero stars, I would.
