Management arbitrarily cuts staff and is completely indifferent and uninterested in what is happening on the floor. They leave the (primarily high-school and college aged) workers on the floor to take care of everything they can't be bothered to get involved in if it's not on their calendar. Management does not care about consistent care, and would happily sell all their workers away for subcontracted ones if they could save a few pennies. I felt disrespected working here, my parent felt disrespected living here, and I feel more disrespect everything I get a bill, reminding how much money they're getting and keeping that isn't being poured back into the business. Extremely sad, in my opinion.

The residents were very nice, welcoming for the couple of meals that I was there for. The building is beyond nice for what I would have expected for an assisted living place, and I worked at one for a couple of years. When dad moved in, the building guy was there to mount the tv and inspect the apartment to ensure it was up to our expectations.
