Let me start off by saying. I've used this facility for over the pass year or so. Service has always been fairly GOOD. Sometimes items I requested to be checked out had been forgotten, but nothing major. I do probably 90% of the maintenance & repairs on three full size vans, Silverado Duramax & wife's Avalanche. I am no stranger to the cost of parts or repairs to a vehicle. Four days after Thanksgiving 2016. I left Tim Spurlock parts for my 2006 Harley-Davidson Road King motorcycle. These parts needed to be repainted. Two hard saddlebox lids, Tour Pak & two lower front leg fairings. I was given a written estimate and was told it would take approximately three weeks. In February 2017. I brought my 2002 Ford E350 van into his shop. It had a broken front shock mount, a tire that needed to be replaced & alignment. After I left the facility. I noticed my van pulled very hard to the right. I immediately called the shop and told them there was a problem. Tim Spurlock said it would be taken care of. Just bring it back whenever it was convenient. Several weeks had pass. I noticed the same front shock mount broken off again. My van was dropped off at his shop on March 14, 2017. Several days later I went to pick up my van. I noticed on my Bill I was charged for the broken shock mount & alignment again. When I mentioned to the owner about bring charged twice for exactly the same repairs. I could tell he got very angry. I said don't worry about it. I will pay the Bill. The owner crossed off the cost of the alignment on the invoice, but said I was going to pay for the repairs for the shock mount again. He said my van needed new front coil springs & adjustable ball joints. He still went ahead & did the second alignment without calling me about the needed parts. After leaving his facility. The van pulled hard to the right just like before. Maybe a little worst now. Nothing had changed. A week later on March 27, 2017. I called asking about my Harley-Davidson parts that he has had since Thanksgiving 2016. Tim Spurlock said he decided NOT to paint my parts now. I pick up my unfinished HD parts that same day. Was this all over a $65 alignment?? I NEVER said I refused to pay. After a half dozen telephone calls. I found a new shop qualified in working with House of Kolors paint. Unfortunately, my parts won't be ready now until mid June 2017. I had my reservation of the ability of this shop to paint my parts correctly with this type of paint anyways. This may have been a blessing in disguise, but I'll "NEVER" be back...... read more
