Most shops were closed, but I called Jairo's shop around 7:30 PM -- and he answered! He told me to bring the car in on Monday. He diagnosed the problem quickly, and I ended up needing parts from the Mercedes dealer in Ft. Wayne. After I picked them up, Jairo stayed late (7:00-9:30 PM!) to do the repairs and get me back on the road safely. He knows his imports, charged a fair price, and didn't take advantage of the situation. By 12:30pm Friday no call, the wife said they were working on it but were out to lunch. 2 &1/2 hours later still no call. When I called back again, she said they hadn't looked at it because I didn't give them instructions on what to do and I didn't leave a phone number. I was so mad I said I would be there to pick up my truck and to not touch it. She then called me back and said that they looked at it and it needed rear brakes. This is not the first time I have caught her in a lie, but decided to try the place again do to them being fast and at a good price. Never again will I go there. NEVER.
