I asked about the rotors because I said there has been no issue with the brakes.Well, we just replaced the rotors.When we replaced the brake shoes. I took the car to another mechanic who took the tire off and told me my rotors , look like brand new and there was no reason whatsoever to replace those this really upset me because I had been a long time customer and I felt like I was being taken advantage of. I guess this is why it's always important to get a second opinion

After 2 months I gave them an out and i said should i take it to the dealer...............QAS no we got it. after 3 months no worky so i had it towed to the dealer and it was fixed in 2 days. QAS still charged me $700+ and actually erased one of the computers programing yet still only cost $400 at the dealer to fix the whole deal. I will always choose an independent shop on older cars as the dealers are not my cup of tea, but I also expect them to know when they are just wasting time and money and that's exactly what QAS did. to be good you have to know when you are out of your ability and they were way out of their ability on this one.
