One huge benefit with Rob compared to trying to figure things out on your own or following online videos are that solutions you find online will typically be generic but Rob finds out what you need and tailors his recommendations, so that as you are starting to fix certain problems he adds additional exercises/stretches. Ted had me on a routine, and within days I could see an improvement on stairs, and just walking around in general. After the sessions, Ted started me on a strengthening program, and even offered a cheaper conditioning package. When conditioning started, I was welcomed, recognized and assisted. The assisting techs are nice, they will stop to check on me never pushing and always offering. I like this place and am happy with the care.

I found this place on Google and read the raving reviews and was happy that they had a spot for me. First off the foyer/entrance is extremely small and the doors are not electric which seems odd for a MEDICAL OFFICE. I finally fought my way in with stroller in tow and I was greeted by the receptionist whom gave me the normal paperwork to fill out. The office was requesting my insurance company info but I had planned to go through 3rd party billing due to the fact that responsibility was taken by the other party. They advised me that I had to use my PIP which I did not have due to other issues. During me discussing my issues with the front desk representative the doctor of the office decided to jump into the conversation and confuse the situation. He was essentially naming ever billing rule he and "every other" Chiro office requires in MD, which I did not ask about because my situation is unique. Nonetheless, his wife yells out from the front office "We'll still see her"..so Dr. Husband fast walks over to his wife to discuss the decision as if he was upset she said I could be seen. As I'm watching this whole thing unfold I'm still confused with a stack of papers wondering if I should still complete them or if they're going to dismiss me. While I heard them talking in the back I expressed to the receptionist that my call was not screened for information and I was just given a time to come in..no questions asked..I then ask am I going to be seen? She then walked back into the office with the husband and wife and they stood there and discussed me as if wasn't sitting there...Finally, they said yes, then the wife comes out and says "Yes we'll see you" and I asked one last time if they were sure because I would hate to inconvenience them and the wife looked at me with such an annoyed face and said "YES". I continue to do my paperwork so I could be seen, as I sat there filling out my paperwork the wife comes over (Nobody in the office had on a face mask) and moves the cover to my 2-months old stroller and peeks her head in and says "Your daughter is so cute". My daughter is a son that was sitting in a black and red stroller/car seat combo with a black car seat cover with dinosaurs on it..so clearly to someone with common sense they would presume I was the mother of a SON. At that point I no longer wanted to be seen. First it took 3 people to decide if I was going to be seen when it should've just been one. Why hire office staff if the doctor is going to just come up and talk over everyone? He didn't even greet me or ask me my name or how I was doing before reciting MD State Laws to me. Obnoxious much? Second I don't appreciate being discussed in secrecy..why did it take an office meeting to determine if I was going to be seen? Lastly, we're in the middle of a pandemic and even before COVID you just don't go around touching and putting your face in people's strollers. My child is 2 months old with a 2 month old immune system, have some respect next time. I immediately ripped up my paper with my personal info on it and handed their clipboard back, I said have a nice day and the wife said "Wow" as if I offended her?? Lady you just called my son a girl and didn't even apologize..I guess that was her way of "Throwing shade" or trying to have the ultimate comeback. I am currently looking for a more professional Chiro to meet my needs. My fiancé says we should give -5 especially since I packed me and my child up just to not be seen in 95 degree weather in the midst of a pandemic...But you live and you learn!

He took 45 minutes of the first one hour initial appointment evaluating me then readjusting me and reevaluating! He was compassionate and extremely knowledgeable and his techniques were very effective! As I am a golfer, he personalized the majority of my stretches to the golf swing and gave me a daily routine which accelerated my progress ! After just three visits, I was able to swing a golf club again! My therapy with Josh is over but I feel equipped to stay a step ahead of any future injuries thanks to the knowledge he imparted to me! Honestly, the very first time I called to make an appointment I was impressed- not sure who I talked to, but she was absurdly nice (unusual for many doctors office receptionists I've dealt with), and SUPER flexible working to try to find appointments to fit my busy work schedule. Went to this physical therapy center for some additional help with my spine…read more My first impression was it was small and didn't have much equipment. After speaking to Stephanie my physical therapist I understand exactly what the plan was. She explained what dry needling & what to expect. We started on the bike to warm up, then went back to a private room where another PT came in and did the needling into some muscles that were strong trigger points. Surprisingly the needling was not any more painful than a mosquito ....but wait a few hours and then the severe throbbing ,aching, burning in back and 100x more painful than usual. At this point I have only been to pt 2x due to scheduling problems. And I missed one due to illness. Friendly staff 5/5 Cleanliness 5/5 Handicap accessible & parking 5/5 I will update my review as sessions progress.

Jeff listened to my concerns and I was feeling better just after two visits. Appointments were always on time and one on one, which was great having no interruptions with other patients.
