Facility is nice but the staff are rude and not professional except for one Hispanic male there that was helpful. Worker was helpful but not clear about certain requirements throughout the process until the last minute. Had to ask multiple people for help with things. I was only one step away from starting the position when suddenly I was told that they just handed the job over to someone else. After missing days of work in order to fulfill the requirements that were needed to begin working, I get met with that response. This was disappointing to me after being made certain that I would get this position. There were a lot of things about the process that were unclear and they had me going back and forth to the doctors office, back and forth with the references. Communication was not clear, the rehabilitation center they partnered with were rude. I did my best to be respectful and on top of everything but they apparently do not care as much about doing their jobs. I could overhear one of the men yelling at their client over the phone while I was filling out paper work for a half hour. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.

Most recently, I worked with Stephanie Lore, and I cannot say enough about how positive the experience was. Stephanie was professional, supportive, responsive, and genuinely invested in finding the right fit--not simply filling a position. I'm very grateful to Stephanie for helping me secure my current position. After many years in the private service industry, I truly appreciate working with an agency and recruiter who understand both the needs of the client and the importance of finding the right fit for the candidate. Pavillion has been a trusted resource throughout my career, and I'm thankful for the opportunities they have brought my way over the years. I would gladly recommend Stephanie and the Pavillion team to other private service professionals.

I've been looking for a PERMANENT job and have a pretty solid resume (I've been in the same field…read morefor 20 years) and, of course, have been contacted by recruiters to come in and talk. Vanguard was one of them. I don't know/or didn't know if this place was for people looking for full time and temp work or just temp work. I just got a nice call from a guy named Brian and came in the next day, filled out an application (although I was confused by that, since I wasn't applying for a job with Vanguard) and had a nice discussion with said Brian about what I was looking for. Fine so far. Then, he proceeded to present me with so much paperwork, I thought I was being arrested or signing up for sex reassignment surgery. I didn't actually think much of it but didn't have the time to sit there and go through it, as I had another appointment that I was already late for. When Brian was nice enough to e-mail me the stuff to fill out, I looked at it carefully. Why do they need to have my DIRECT DEPOSIT INFORMATION???? I want a FULL TIME job. I DO NOT WORK FOR VANGUARD. This is really ambiguous and a bit decieving. There is absolutely no reason why they should have any of that information unless you are tempting through them. Just a warning. I'm not sending any of this stuff back. Obviously. What's your favorite employment agency, btw? It's been about 10 years since I've looked for a job!

Beyond that, he was genuinely motivating and encouraging, which made a huge difference during what can be a pretty stressful process. It really felt like he was invested in helping me find the right role, not just any role. I also had the chance to work with Brandon and Maggi, who were both equally helpful and responsive.
