Largish shop full of clothes most suitable for teens. Not always cheap but we have never bought anything that hasn't washed well or lost its shape. Good range of up to date fashion, shoes and lingerie. Pre-teen and Teenagers paradise - although it does also appeal to older ladies as well. Worth a look read more

it is cheap and they have loads and loads of must haves. they have stuff for teenagers too. i love the shoes they sell in here and i love the bags and pjs. however the shop isnt too good if you have a buggy and a child that likes to grab everything the staff are really helpful and i never leave empty handed from here. read more

The reason l have rated the New Look shop in Sudbury with one star is because whilst the clothing is acceptable and affordable for some my poor husband made a mistake and parked in a slot reserved for the staff. He politely asked if they would move their car as he was blocked in. The utter disgusting response he got was beneath anything imagine! He was told the woman concerned would move it when she went home! The time was 11.30 am. The reason that l am so appalled is that l have a GP coming to see me as l am extremely ill and suffering from a life threatening condition, which my husband explained. Luckily a neighbour was with me. I am going to be admitted to hospital and my husband needs to be with me. Yes, ok shop, ok clothing but the response my husband received from the staff here is beneath contempt. He had to threaten this particular woman with the Police before it was moved having made them aware of the situation! Just a warning to mums of teenagers and young people who shop here be cautious about sending anyone vulnerable into this store if you have a complaint! read more
