This is a fairly decent Dotty P's in the centre of the High St…read more A fairly good size store, especially in Haverhill. It is next to the Burton's store (which is actually adjoined to it). The staff are always pleasant. There always seems to be a few sale rails in here with lots of bargains to be had. I think it stocks normal, petite and maternity ranges, so a good range really. Clothes are of really good quality here and I have always found them stylish. Not too pricey for a High St store. Nice selection of shoes, boots and jewellery too. Considering there is not much choice in Haverhill for clothes, this is definitely a good store to have in Haverhill.

I believe I was taking to the Manager but was also informed that she didn't have to give me her name.. so what's the point of being a manager !! After speaking to citizen advice apparently they have not broken the law but most shops would of offered this difference back as a good will gesture.. The reviews from The Range at head office are very poor on this company which is incredible you still have a business. Luckily for me I managed to find the same garland on line at a cheaper price so have returned at another branch with a smile on my face. This shop certainly should not be trading and I certainly won't be spending anymore money at your company. Shame on you

Although some of the products on offer are somewhat cheap and nasty, most are of a high standard and sometimes even branded. Pet food is one of the best buys at the Range, with cheap fish, dog, cat and bird food. Plants are also available, but make sure to check them for dead bits or other problems. In all, a really varied store that offers a huge range but is let down by the poor quality of some products.

Usualy in all honesty it is a shop that is just way to expensive for me but the clothes are gorgeous. I used this shop though to get my bridesmades out fits from, the choice in sizes was great cause the bridesmades ranged from very slim to a little on the larger size so it was hard to find anything within the high street shops. This shop though had some beautiful dresses that you wouldn't wear anywhere else then to a special occasion like a wedding. We found a beautiful deep purple tafeta dress in the sizes we needed and the staff were lovely and helpfull. The changing rooms had thick velvet drapes rahter then flimsy cotton curtains where everyone can see what you are doing. I brought the dresses for the girls, then they could keep them for if needed on a special occassion again. A very expensive shop but lovely outfits.

You walk through the door and straight into a long rail of mixed and confused clothing. Around the walls are brand new items - such as gift bags and cards. The really interesting things are in a strange little ante-chamber in the back. The prices here are still ok and haven't inflated like a lot of charity shops in the area. Still, its design does make you want to leave as soon as you've walked in. It's an uncomfortable shop to be in - which is a shame because it's for a very good cause.

However, staff are nearly always helpful and, if you are so inclined, you can get advice of cosmetics in that department and make use of the free Personal Shopper service.
