The shelf edges were not straight, the screws not flush, the braces wobbly and numerous calls to his number, and even more e-mails were met with lies and putoffs. The selves never slid out without extreme force and much bumping. He blamed my mother for chosing cheap brackets, and I was there and she wanted it just to work...and he chose the brackets!
