MATTY was able to quickly identify the needs of my feet as I suffer from plantar fasciitis and some swelling. He customized my insoles and actually was able to "make" a pair of amazzzzing shoes that I refuse to stop wearing as my feet have not felt this good in years. In the ad she specifically states, "They (the arch supports) were personally fitted just for me." Then the narrator goes on to say, "personalized arch support fitting". These words imply that the insoles/inserts were specifically made for me. They are not. They are premade hard plastic inserts and foam toppers that come in a variety of prices. The inserts/insoles actually made my feet hurt worse. When I went back to my foot surgeon and showed him what I purchased, he told me that they were the cause of the additional foot pain that I was experiencing. He told me to stop using the inserts and sent me to therapy. Therapy provided me with stretching exercises. I do them everyday. Foot feels tons better and I just wasted good money on hard plastic stuff. Maybe my dogs would like them as chew toys.

I have suffered for many, many years with both big toes that were painful ingrown toenails! After a recent consult visit Dr Pignetti was able to describe the needed procedure to end that misery! Today I trusted him to surgically remove the ingrown nails under local anesthesia which was without pain and I am grateful and so happy I finally got this done. I called the office and she said it causes a lot of confusion but that's what he wants and he's the owner. How dumb is that?! So the day of my appointment, I drove down there from 30 minutes away just to have them call me a half hour before and say they needed to cancel because the doctor was sick. Honestly, if this is the state of healthcare in Texas, we are in serious trouble. Get some competent people for your front desk and check your ego. Your business is supposed to be helping people.

Their billing clerk was rude and abstinent. I asked to speak to the doctor to get his explanation why I got a bill 18 months later and she rudely replied that I couldn't talk to the doctor, "he doesn't talk to patients" she replied and I said I know he didn't say 10 words during my treatment.
