They put me to work almost right away in a part-time temporary spot until something else came along. Before long, they found me a full-time position with one of the largest employers in the area, which eventually led to that company hiring me, and where I stayed for nearly five years, until I had to make a change. Back to J&J I went, and after going on a few interviews with very fine companies, landed in the best one I could have asked for, a long-established, well-respected firm with excellent pay and benefits, and less than five miles from home. My, wife arrived at 10:45 am for suite number 310 the entry door locked a sign scheduled appointment only no walkin. So, she ring the door bell three times no answer, so she called the office on her cell a lady stated no Mr. Robert not operate and or work there only online virtue appointments only. This organization is a waste of time. When I was looking for positions all they did was send text…read moremessages asking the same questions over and over again. I was never presented with any actual jobs. The one or two times they did offer a position, after I told them I was sick of their games, it was for measly poverty wages you could not live on. In addition, if you go onto their website and apply for positions none of them seem to be real job positions. They simply go silent or claim they can't see the position or they claim it has already been filled. This organization was a joke when I dealt with them and probably still is. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

What I don't get is how a placement service that primarily works with amazon warehouses found my resume to begin with. This is such a mess of a company and it's completely disorganized. Not an honest team. At all. I worked with them from an employer's capacity. They sold me on the…read morefact that i should hire temps with them and that if i am happy with the temp, offer them the full time position. Essentially: they make money on the temp position & then also make money on the full time position. What a sucker I was. Here is where they get really shady: they basically flat out lied when they assured me if a full time hire was not working out they would replace the hire free of charge. Oh did it not work out. Temp # 1 - paid temp fees for 3 months. Then I offered her job. So i was charged a full time placement fee as well. 1st week - employee doesn't show up half the week. Week 3 - she quit because she was not happy with the salary? Seriously??? I paid temp fees & a placement fee and was assured she was happy. Here is best part: when i was with employee after full time hire, i saw a message on her screen from Robert Half....Likely because they placed her at another position and made a placement fee from next job after they burnt me. Temp # 2 - same thing...just about. I hired temp to replace # 1 - Robert Half & Office Team told me they would cover the invoice sent for placement on temp #1. I kept asking when and they kept saying they'll get back to me. Finally i told them, i cannot afford to continue paying inflated temp fees - i would rather offer the position full time. I asked would they cover. No response. Finally when pressed - they told me yes, they would cover the placement fee. But only after 3 or 4 months of me paying temp fees for temp # 2. So they'll cover as long as i pay them temp fees which amount to more than a placement fees. Gee, how nice. THE BEST PART: once i spoke to temp # 2 and asked whether they would like to work full time at what they were currently being paid - they're response was 'oh no, i need to be making more than that!' - they wanted another 30%!! Seriously?? So not only was Robert Half & Office Team prolonging the temp position, not only were they assuring me the temp was happy with the position and would like to be there long term, but they were extending the temp period because they knew that as soon as she was converted to full time and placement fee was paid again, that their fees would already have been paid and they would be in the clear. NOT HONEST. STAY AWAY.
