I can understand a $5 or $10 convenience fee, but not DOUBLE what the state would charge at the DMV! This will be reported to the Illinois Attorney General's office.

Other customers behind me were apologizing for her treatment of me. There is no reason for anyone to treat another person that way. I asked her why she was being so rude and talking down to me when I was nothing but nice to her , she just continued with her attitude. I called the number for the owner and the same woman was put on the phone and said the owners never here. It's a shame that people have to take their own misery out on the public.

This location is situated in the mall area of the Shops of North Bridge. There is parking in the 516 N Rush parking facility. Access to the currency exchange is just outside of Nordstrom, across from the Jellycat plushy store. You can access Nordstrom from the parking facility. You have to take the escalator to the top, then go through the store to the mall. The currency exchange itself is a small enclosed area. The young woman, Tricha, who took care of me and The Queen was super nice and very careful when it came to counting out our money. She was great. She explained the exchange rate and carefully told us how much we had requested in pesos and counted it out in a slow manner so we could see each bill being counted out. She also explained the process for us to return any money not spent in Mexico to get back dollars. The exchange rates and service were very good and this will be my go to for exchanging dollars to foreign currency.

Now all of a sudden she's clueless on how to do it. Telling me she's gonna cross off my landlords signing spot in order to notarize it. Then how is he going to sign it? The girl, who is there everytime I go, is always friendly.
