But I never even received a phone call back to answer a simple question I had. Just a question. That was like the 4th time i had issues getting help from the so called nurses. THEY DO NOT CARE! If anyone from the clinic reads this, please do some investigating. The complaints ive seen all over are very similar. It happens over and over to people. How is this allowed?

Instantly as soon as I walked in, the place smelled like a mixture of cigarettes and a dingy basement. Not a good environment to take a 7-year-old for therapy. I showed up with an EAP code and the receptionist didn't even know what it was. She acted like we were bothering her and couldn't even make eye contact. She scanned it and said she would include it in his file. I went home and I thought about it, decided not to return. It was not a good fit for us. They are scammers, they billed my insurance for services they did not provide to my son. The description of services they claimed was INTERACTIVE COMPLEXICTY ADD ON USE (PLAY THERAPY, TEST RESULTS, EQUIPTMENT (their spelling, not mine), TRANSLATOR, REPORT ABUSE/NEGLECT. None of this happened. I called their billing department, and they said the charge is for the evaluation appointment. I asked the person on the phone what's the point of the EAP code then? He couldn't answer the question... Do not go here!!

My daughter suffers from separation anxiety and has very bad anxiety and panic attacks to where the ambulance has to be called. My daughter was taking Clonazepam two times a day due to her anxiety. Dr. Y'Bella takes it up on her self to change her medication to once a day. I don't feel she truly understands mental health patients and the purpose of their medication. You can't just take medicine away like it's candy and it's not going to affect the patient's health. She needs to be in service constantly on mental health medication and the purpose for it. She is doing more harm than good and I can't understand why her license has not been reported or taken away due to due diligence to do harm rather than good..
