Very unprofessional. Staff is friendly to your face but speaks about customers in their native language while the service is being done. As a loyal client who tips well, I was still overcharged and met with zero accountability. The work is average, and nail health is not a priority - everything feels rushed. Literally removed my nail's myself there because the new guy was trying to pop them off and kept hitting my flesh almost like he didn't know what to do. Then he kept cutting my real nails until he almost cut my skin. I told him to stop many times. So I walked in and wasn't even greeted correctly , I was just asked what I wanted and then instructed to sit down... Wasn't even told How long the wait was When I got to my nail lady whose name I have no idea but she was Latino and singing off beat as someone previously mentioned. She was texting on her phone, playing music in her headphone, and even stopped to hug her friends daughter and her friend. Continued to be disruptive and once she came back to doing my toes she cut my toes by pulling my skin when trying to do my cuticles. The reason being because she didnt put oil down. She also proceeded to file my nails without even asking whether I wanted them done or not. They Kathy lady who's section is secluded from everyone else is very rude and dismissed me not once but twice. Wish I didn't have to give them 1 star, butttt......I've been a loyal customer since my junior year of high school. But today I was very, very, very disappointed with the service provided. Henry is always on point but I'm not sure what happened today. Came in for a full gel set and what I got was mediocrity, it looked as though a first grader did my nails (look at the attached pic). Like seriously I thought it was some kind of joke. I'm not sure if he was rushing because of how crowded it was getting but this was horrible. I show them pictures of designs I like or wanna try and they always try to accommodate me. Anna has been doing my eyebrows forever. Best nail salon in the area. They can do all styles desired. I get my gel full set ($25) and sugar massage pedicure every two weeks here along with my eye brows and mustache. I like that they use better products (lotions, colors and not regular sticky wax). They are very respectful, about their money nice people. The owner a Vietnamese man is soooooo sweet makes jokes with customers! They treat you like family. I love that they have hot towels! Seems to be a commodity in this area. They take major cards for payment however tip needs to be cash. The facility is overall clean and maintained. They sell other beauty products here aswell- I particularly love their eye brow pencils. read more

I have been here a few times to get acrylics and the service really depends on which nail tech does your nails. Hoa is really good. They don't have much polish selection but they have a pretty extensive gel collection. Overall, its not a bad place, just be very clear about what you want. read more

I am new to the area and New Infinity Nails is really close to my house. The lady who did my pedicure wasn't as thorough as I would have liked her to be, she didn't ask to file or cut my toes. I had to ask her right before she was about to dry them to polish. She was listening to music on her headphone and singing off pitch the entire time, which I thought was very unprofessional. Kathy did my fill and did a great job! She was extremely detailed and thorough when she did them, which I liked a lot! I will go back to her for sure! I got their around 2:00pm on a Thursday, and about 3:15pm it got really crowded, so try to go early in the day if possible. IMPORTANT: CASH ONLY! read more

I got gel UV nails done here on a Saturday. They looked pretty and slick. The technician told me it would last around 21 days. However, by the following Sunday--8 days later--they were peeling off. I was on vacation at that point so I can't blame housework or anything like that for the breakdown...just poor workmanship. A friend of mine got hers done the same day at a salon in Rockland and 3 weeks later she was removing them because her nails had grown out, not because of peeling. I don't know about the last two negative post about nail polish chipping but I have been going to Kathy and the whole gang for over 10 YEARS. That's right!! Not once have I EVER had an issue. I'm not saying that just because of the time I have been going there but they all take care of me. Not only do they offer pedicures, manicures, full sets and amazing designs BUT they also offer amazing facials as well. I just had to walk out of this place. The manicurist to the far back with the station on the left hand side was very very rude and impolite. I knew she had an attitude when I first walked in, all I needed were lashes done and she told me 40 mins. I waited almost 90 mins. By the time she was ready for me she walked me to the back and began showing me lashes. I explained this was my first time and she was just very nasty stating "I know what I am doing and this is not my first time, it you don't like I will take off, but I am still gonna charge you" how do you speak to a paying customer like that, when all I said was this is my frist time. definitely will not be returning here!!! read more

This place is really horrible. I'd been getting my nails here consistently for 3 years, only because the owner, Kathy, does a really good job. Better than anyone else in the salon by far. But her attitude and the way she talks to PAYING CUSTOMERS is ridiculous. On top of that, the shop is supposed to open at 10 but that is rarely the case. Customers stand outside waiting 15-20 minutes past opening time. Everyone shows up at the same time, in the same van, and then they proceed to set up their stations, put out towels and all kinds of other stuff that they should be doing before customers get there. By the time they start taking people, it's going on 11:00. And the wait times are crazy! 2-3 hours unless you are one of the first to get there (meaning standing outside at 9:45am before they open, adding to your wait). I had enough and finally found a MUCH better and much CLEANER salon in New Rochelle, with nicer staff. I would never recommend this shop, not even to people I don't like. read more

This is an okay nail salon; I'm new to the area so I just wanted to check this place out since it's close. At first walking in I didn't really get greeted, they just kinda looked at me until I said I would like a new set. I sat with this lady and she wasn't social with me, kinda just did my nails and that's it. I don't know about you but conversation or acknowledgement of client is kinda nice. I went there to get my eyelashes done. There were two incidents - the first time the woman was doing somebody's nails and asked me to wait until she was done, I said ok no problem - when she was done she walked right by me , didn't say a word and walked in the back room she came out , washed her hands and ignored me again . I asked if she's still going to do my eyelashes she replied with an attitude ' I have to wash my hands first.' It's not what she said it's how she said it then when I went in I laid down on the table and my hair got in the glue , she was very rude basically implying that it was my fault my hair got in the glue but I didn't put it there. The eyelashes looked nice but her customer service skills are terrible. One month later I went back because I did like the way she did my lashes - I asked if she could do it - she said ' she can't do it she has to leave' no sorry, no nothing. She didn't seem like he had to leave she was looking at some girl's nails and was sitting down. I was very upset to the point I was about to cry and begged her to do my eyelashes , even offered extra money - she said she had a lawyer's appointment , it was 5:45 pm. She could've spent 15 minutes to do it, even if she couldn't she seemed like she couldn't care less. She is a very rude person, she's not friendly at all and shouldn't be working around people.
