    Everything chance since few years ago I'm very disappointed lack of service and no parking sometimes they don't answer the phone

We were in a vulnerable spot and ready to hire her right then, but she told us the truth -- because of our kid's age and the way things were, there wasn't much she could do that would actually help. She also had a lot of insight and experience with the judge on our case. She explained how that judge tends to look at situations like ours and how they would probably rule. Because of that, she chose not to take the case, knowing the outcome wouldn't change much. I really respected her for being upfront about that instead of just taking our money. We followed her advice, and things ended up working out better than we expected. That alone showed me she genuinely cares about doing what's right. I'd definitely recommend her to anyone who needs guidance with family or custody issues.

I promptly sent over our last two years of tax returns, as requested by the assistant, believing they would be reviewed ahead of our appointment. ​Based on the many good reviews on Yelp, I definitely expected a great experience and trusted that the $275 consultation fee would be money well spent. ​We were required to pay a non-refundable $275 consultation fee for a one-hour slot before the meeting even started. ​About 25 minutes into the consultation, after receiving only general, easily-Googled answers ("it should be better if you get married almost surely"), I asked for specific calculations. The accountant revealed he hadn't reviewed any of the documents I had sent. ​I was stunned. The entire point of sending two years of tax returns and paying a high up-front fee was for him to be prepared to address my specific financial situation. When I pressed for the specific calculations I needed, he quoted an additional cost of nearly $300 per hour just to review the questions and returns--work that I had already paid for him to do in the first place. ​The "consultation" ended after 30 minutes, feeling like a complete waste of time. I left feeling utterly scammed out of the $275 consultation fee since no preparatory work was done and I received zero specific, actionable financial advice. ​While I appreciate they got me in the same day, I would have much rather waited for an appointment with an accountant who actually took the time to review the materials provided.     I hate to write this review. But I was looking for a new local banner printing company but I should…read morehave known better when I arrived to place my order. There were two people working there. The lady, Maria was initially nice and helpful on the phone when I called, but she was perturbed when the other salesperson asked her to help me and snapped at him, telling him and me that she has to be at her desk to process orders and cannot be at the reception desk all the time(yellow flag #1 for me). I asked her a few questions and emailed her my files but didn't hear from them for a couple days until I called them(another yellow flag... but wanted to give the benefit of the doubt again...). I needed this printed within a week or so but when I called and asked, she couldn't give me a completion date. Instead, she told me "I was in the queue" which could mean 3 days or one week(?). When I sent her the files, she sent a proof showing all 4 images were 2ft w x 4 ft h, which is what we ordered. All 4 images shown on her proof were the same size. However, when I picked up the final product, one banner had a white border, which was NOT shown in her proofs. When I explained the border was not in the proof she sent, she said it was not her fault and that she just sends the images and "uses the file I send and does not alter it." However, based on the images she sent in the proof, ALL banners WERE THE SAME SIZE. I get it. My file was wrong, but that's why a proof is sent to the client, so the client can review and catch any issues before printing. Proofs are for clients to review and if there was a border in the file, it should be shown to the client. I would not have approved it if her file showed the border. She also argued the proof is only for color and writing. However, her proof agreement does not say it's only for color and writing. When I explained her proof is incorrect, she tried to sway me by saying the product "looks good with the border" and that "no one would notice". Really? You've got to be kidding me. The four banners are made as a set. It is noticeable if one is different. She told me she could reprint it but would have to charge me. What absolutely terrible customer service!Yes, the file was not correct. However, she "copied" it on the proof showing all sizes were the same and misled me (contrary to the argument that she does not edit my file!) and I received an unsatisfactory product. Had she copied "as is", it would have shown one banner to be slightly smaller than the other 3. And then to argue with the customer was the nail on the coffin for me! You're better off using an online site. Unfortunately, I have to give a bad review based on my experience which overshadows a good product with the 3 other banners. I was really hoping to find a new printing company we could use for all our signage needs, one I could trust and have a good business rapport with. But I will never use them again and don't recommend them to anyone.
