The main Joyce has no braces, the floor is warping and buckling (visually noticeable) and several cross joists are rotted, a corner in the M. bedroom is sagging (visually noticeable). Not to mention three different plumbing leaks and wiring cut and hanging exposed under deck, sinks and crawl spaces. We lived out of state and bought unseen hoping we could trust our realtor and inspector. We used a VA loan which usually has high standards. . This is how vets are treated?
