This turned out to be a unprofessional experience so much so that they accused my husband of being rude and then we asked to speak about what he said/did, we were then ignored. Falsely and negatively speaking about a customer and not even willing to have a conversation because misunderstandings do happen said a lot about this company and how they operate. But the most disappointing part of this is they pulled out right in the middle of a major project where they would be removing a fence prior to grading, which due to how they handled our project, we now have to push our project back to locate a new fence company. ​We were referred to this company by one of our neighbors who even though they installed the incorrent wood for their fence, we still decided to use them. This company is unprofessional, not reliable and unethical. I would not refer them.
