A friend recommended Shannon. Shannon was a) very responsive. He visited us within three days, and gave us a quote on site; b) he did the job within a week; c) his price was reasonable. Many others would have quoted and either tried to do it, or subbed it out. He politely told us that others could do it better and cheaper.
