I told him he was pushing hard and he continued to do so the entire haircut. I stuck with it not wanting to come off as rude but it was irritating the whole time. Iv never had this experience before. For this reason i can never return to Mi Cultura. I ended up going home and cutting the front myself because it was way too long even after i brought a picture in of what i wanted. If you want to be comfortable i wouldn't go to this individual, Worst hair experience iv had in a while. Definitely the most aggressive heavy handed approach iv experienced. The other two women there are good at cutting hair.

I went I. To hair my hair cut since my chemo therapy had finally stopped and my hair began to grow…read moresome. I was excited for a pretty cut. I'd lost all my hair in 45 days once chemo began. So I'm sure you can understand how excited I was to get a pretty cut and style. The hair stylist was shown a picture of my desired cut. She began chopping away on my hair, without a wash or even a slight spray to dampen My hair. Nope she used nothing, no Spray bottle. She didn't offer to wash my hair, My hair is very thick, I asked for it to be thinned out, as well. it is very thick. I couldn't get it to hold a curl. She began hacking away on my hair, without out water or shampoo. All Uneven cutting and it is sticking out everywhere. it Looked terrible, uneven, she was unprofessional and she just kept making excuses. I'd like a refund or a free cut. She said she was experienced, yet cutting someone hair without washing my hair, or without dampening it. Totally lazy and unprofessional. after cancer and chemo my hair was the one thing I was excited to have done, and she complete botched it, contact me to correct this issue.

Shannon recently moved from (the now-closed) Lefty's Barbershop…read more I would go see her there every month without fail. When they closed I asked where she was headed next and followed her here, to her own place! It's super easy to get to, right on Main Street across from the Market. It's in a small room off to the side of the hair salon, it's perfect for one person at a time. There is a seat inside and one outside to wait. No issue really since you should totally just make an appointment with her ahead of time so you won't need to wait when you get there anyway. Shannon does mostly men cuts so far as I know, though I know she does cuts for women too. The reason I go to her is I like someone who knows how to do great fades and understands the difference between a 1 and a 1 1/2. I don't have a ton of hair but I like it well taken care of. Shannon does an epic job. She also offer beard trims and shaves. While I do not get shaved, I do maintain a beard and always book a beard trim after my haircut so I can get it all cleaned up. Shannon has a great hand with a straight razor and I always leave happy and with a great haircut. I would 100% recommend you give her a shot if you're looking for a great barber, shave, and fine detail work.
