No apology when we've pointed out to them that they have abandoned us. No apology when we pointed out that there are plenty of new reviews on google of 'new customers' who are thrilled with the service they are providing. Ever since the new owners took over, they have been useless. I wouldn't use them if they were the last pool company in the city. I've switched to YouTube. He told me he was self taught on doing this. I found this quite alarming so I called an electrical company to see if he can work on my hot tube. They told me that a permit must be pulled and done by a licensed electrician as its 240 volt or my insurance may not cover me if someone was hurt. At this point I had asked him not to continue with it. He told me he needs to bill me for his time still I was ok with that but then when he asked for cash he told me he wouldnt be giving me a reciept.
