I was in a semi-desperate search of a T-shirt. They had a very limited selection. I wasn't greeted upon arrival nor asked if I needed help. I only did a lap around the women's department, I'm sure I was in there less than 5 minutes, but again that's mainly because they didn't have much of what I was looking for. Maxx there they have. 2 levels of the store for women. 1floor men, 1 floor children and 1 floor householdhold item. A lot of women obviously shop here ailes and aisles of women's clothing however the men's section isn't too shabby. Plenty of selection. I just wish they sold shoes for men here. My biggest find was the light pink BOGG brand bag for $39.99. It came with an internal pouch. These bags are great for lunch & work because they are easy to clean & they stand upright and hold their shape. Watch out for a couple of homeless dudes hanging around offering to washer windshield. It's always the same lady that denies my son (6y.o) and I access to the bathroom and is completely rude about it. Certain workers are nice about it but one in particularly always tells us "no it's closed. No it's dirty." Even if it's dirty she could either clean it or just warn us about it. She wouldn't even allow us to use the men's restroom for my son. I'd rather take my business elsewhere than come back here. I'm writing this review to remind myself never to come again.

We did all our school shopping here and we're extremely successful. So many of the stores had amazing sales. It seemed like everyone who worked there was in a good mood as well. Between the stores there was a huge selection and we were able to find everything we needed. With the sale prices, it worked out very inexpensive. I did go a little bit overboard at Pink, but my Beloved is worth it.

Entering it looks like I'm entering TSA. You have a fenced checkpoint to pass with the 7ft security…read moreguard. The store is in pure disarray. Messy as heck and I thought Ross was bad. Lots of items but nothing of brand. I couldn't find the pajamas anywhere at all. I check men's and did find some nice underwear for cheap. I searched and searched and still nothing. I looked all over for a worker and couldn't find anyone that was free to help. One worker was in the back of the store arguing with what seemed to be loved one on the phone. Purely too occupied to be of assistance. I decided to go to the more reliable place I could think of, the fitting room. Walking to the fitting room, I noticed a person tracking my journey across the store. The tall security watching me roam thru the store. Once I got to the fitting room, the worker was facing the wall. Before I could get within 19 ft she picked up her walkie to listen to a message and turned to greet me. Now obviously, she alerted of me arriving. I looked back over and see the security man with 2 other workers peering at us. I get the idea, that I was being suspected of theft. Here I am looking all over for these workers so I can locate Xmas pajamas and when they finally take notice of my need I am instantly called in their coms to be on alert. The is the one the worst case of cases of asset protection I have assessed in my 10 years of retail management. I went to just go checkout with the 2 items I found on my hunt but after standing in line for a min or so I had a thought. I was appalled and decided to leave. It wasn't worth the wait anyway. Walking out, I now see a team of 4 workers at the checkpoint. Now wanted to say something but looking at each of the individuals, it was clear they were all ignorant. They were Improperly trained and most likely inexperienced. Not their fault. I hope they do improve.

Today June 17, 5:30pm for manager on duty. Said his name is Tyler. Young white dude. I let the male…read moresecurity guard know my grandma had to use the bathroom so he said he'll send someone over. Then I find out my grandma walked 2 stores down to use the bathroom at Lassens because nobody showed up to open the bathroom for her. When she asked them why they didn't send anyone over, the manager said he had no one to send and she said it was a rude encounter. Also, when my grandma was waiting by the bathroom one of the female employees came by and my grandma asked if she could open it. The woman just stared at her, then proceeded to ignore her and go into the employee room. My grandma described her as tall and slender. At one point she was working the security door area. I asked to speak to the manager and he claimed he didn't have enough staff. There were plenty of staff when I walked throughout the store so they must've forgot or just lazy. My encounter with the manager wasn't pleasant as well. An 80 + year old woman shouldn't have to do that or when I asked from the beginning, they should've communicated they couldn't instead of leaving her waiting. Photo included with the manager.
