One of the few stores in Oatman that has air conditioning or at least it did the last time I visited. I went in and asked for it and they said that because people don't pay their rent there, I can't give you the money back, but please come back at the end of the month. I will ask my brother if it's OK if I can give you your money back that's four months rent that they owe me and I am still trying to collect it. It's poor management and very unfair practice.
