Very professional and the drivers even called before they came to give me an eta on their arrival.

After submitting my inquiry on Yelp over the weekend, I was surprised to receive a response from…read morethe company within an hour. I called to set up my appointment, and the customer service rep was friendly and able to schedule me for a date and time that fit perfectly with my availability. They arrived promptly, quickly located my septic tank, and--even after mentioning that this was one of the most "challenging" clogs they'd seen in a while--they still had everything cleared within an hour. My septic system is now working like new! No more slow toilet flushes or gurgling noises from the pipes. I was quoted a reasonable price--nowhere near what it would have cost if my septic system had failed. I highly recommend Dump and Pump Septic!

We had an exceptional experience with Wayne & Tyson today! I've been a homeowner for several years,…read moreand have owned two homes with septic tanks without knowing anything about them or how they work, but I've been in my current home for 2+ years, and knowing I had neighbors with overflow/ backup issues, I figured it was time for a pump. Scheduling was extremely easy and even though I was calling right before a holiday weekend, they got me on the schedule immediately. Their pricing was also very reasonable AND they had a 25% off coupon for new customers. SOLD. Wayne and Tyson showed up earlier than expected, which was wonderful, and got straight to work. I do have an exposed "lid" and (knowing zero about septic) I believed that was where it would be pumped from, but to my dismay they informed me we will needed to locate and dig up the other lid. I'm a woman home alone, panicking thinking "how are we going to find this?" - well, fortunately, experts came with the package! Wayne located my actual lid within 30 seconds of just probing the ground, and Tyson had it dug up within minutes!! The actual pumping process was very quick, and they replaced the lid and filled the hole back in, good as new. These guys are prompt, efficient, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about the service they were providing. I am still no septic expert, but now I know one!

They crushed it and got everything out in a very short amount of time. Speaking of time, you know how a lot of companies provide a window for service and then inevitably you end up waiting until the very end of that window or even afterwards? Well NOT with Count Junkula junk removal. They called right at the start of the time window and showed up just a few short minutes after that. Scheduling was a breeze and Caroline assisted me over the phone. She was equal parts professional and helpful in getting my request scheduled. That made a big difference in this process

All that needed to be done was cut out the bad section of pipe and replace it. The heater itself was fine and did not come into play. I found Acme online and contacted them. They called back Monday, arrived at 3:09, showed me an estimate of $303.11, which I thought was extremely high for the work required but agreed to. They admitted that "most" of it was labor (and didn't give a breakdown). It was labeled TOTAL with no other information on the tablet I was asked to sign. Here's the breakdown of what I was actually charged: $283.94 Repair 39.00 "All Day" service fee 21.80 taxes $344.74 "real" total, not the other "total". Note that there is no breakdown of labor and materials on the invoice itself either. They were gone by 4:09. I was shocked to find later that they'd added their $39 "service call" in addition to over $300 for what should have been 15 minutes' work even for one person, let alone two grown men. (See pictures.) I contacted them two days ago asking if they could waive the fee, and they have not responded.
