From the moment I walked in I was immediately welcomed by one of the owners; I believe it was Jeannie. She saw me holding a validation ticket from the parking structure and immediate validated it for me without me even asking. I'm told they also have 3 reserved parking spots for their clients right in front. For any first timers to MojoCryo, I recommend arriving 15 minutes early to sign their waiver. Pretty standard operating practice for these types of businesses. I had appointments for a Whole Body Cryotherapy session and a Compression Therapy session. Cryotherapy can reduce pain and inflamations, improve joint health, improve your mood, support exercise recovery and performance. I also heard your body burns 4-500 calories with each session. We started off with the cryotherapy. I was welcomed back to a room with changing areas and I was given socks, gloves and a robe. Since it was my first time they recommend that I keep my undergarments on, but I guess the frequent folks might be more comfortable being completely bare. When I was ready, this is when I met Pat, who kindly walked me through every second of the cryotherapy experience. I entered the chamber and as the temperature dropped Pat was so kind to distract me. She asked me if I had plans for the weekend and small talk that helped me forget about the cold. The cold was bearable for me and what surprised me was how I felt colder upon exiting as if my body took a minute to realize how cold it was. Then I felt warm as my body heated itself back up. What an interesting sensation... but honestly I feel great. After finishing up with the cryotherapy I got dressed and transitioned to the compression therapy. This was a leg compression therapy that feels like a massage. The compression therapy is meant to help with blood flow, reduce swelling, lower risk of blood clots, prevent varicose veins, and more. Somewhere between sitting too much for work, being on airplanes, and wearing high heals - I felt like my legs deserved some much needed loving. The equipment was easy to put on and from there you just hang out. Jeannie made me a delicious cup of Blueberry Lavender tea with some special touches, but I don't want to give away their secret recipe. That tea was delicious and soothing. During my compression therapy I got to chat with one of their regulars. It was amazing how everyone here from staff to other clients were all such nice and positive folks. Definitely the energy you want to surround yourself in. I was told that even olympic level athletes and celebrities come here for treatment. I loved the staff and their energy. There are not enough positive things to say about them. Enjoyed the treatments; and interested and intrigued with a few of the other services they offer. Definitely coming back. Time to rearrange my finances to fit in some of these perks, since they are most effective when done regularly.

You spend a few minutes 3-5 minutes in the cold plunge and then about 10-15 minutes in the sauna. I literally felt pins and needles throughout my body immediately, but it felt even better getting out and going into the sauna. I only lasted about 40 seconds lol but plan to continue adding on more time once I'm used to it and mentally prepared. It's a great way to bond, recover, and relax. It's definitely a VIBE! We plan to continue coming back as we both felt so refreshed and rejuvenated.

I made the micro needling/PRP appointment when I had stability and was in a stable/healthy living situation with move out day set for mid May. I was unable to be kind under the circumstances but Zahar decided to take me in anyways after being 25 min late (again due to moving unexpectedly). I explained to her my situation and she was really kind and understanding. I felt instantly at ease and she did everything in her power to speed up the process such as numbing cream and filling out the liability forms. We skipped the PRP and went straight into micro needling which she assured me would offer the same effective results. She consistently checked in to make sure I was doing ok and warned me on area's that would hurt a little more. She also gave extra special attention to the problem area's I pointed out which I really appreciated. Despite me being late she still went over about 15 min and offered VANT facial after for a "chaos" discount (inside joke for us haha). At this point, I want to point out that I was very clearly told on that first visit that only one Groupon could ever be used at the center. Remember that as you continue to read the other reviews. Over the years, I have tried many of the services, but as much as I would like to basically live there, I have had to prune my list down to just the services that make my body and brain feel better, and set aside the services that are more focused on appearance. Initially I came in for Cryo T-shock, BOA and Contour Light as I was focused on losing the covid weight that was, literally, hurting my knees. These days my paired down list of services include BOA, NAD IV, vitamin injections and the occasional Toradol shot when my back decides to fall apart on me. I also bring my teenage daughter in for Hydrafacials. I love, love, LOVE how the PRP injections lightened sunspots on my face, but I can't afford that service as often as I would like. Sam (owner), Aroosha (manager, aesthetician) and Greta (nurse) are all fantastic people that are always willing to explain all the services, even over and over as was the case for me! While the services definitely improve my quality of life, it is my caretakers, Aroosha and Greta, that keep me coming back. You'll love them too, I promise!
