I have been interested in cryotherapy for some time now and I finally had the time and opportunity to experience it. So fortunate I had my first time with MojoCryo. From the moment I walked in I was immediately welcomed by one of the owners; I believe it was Jeannie. She saw me holding a validation ticket from the parking structure and immediate validated it for me without me even asking. I'm told they also have 3 reserved parking spots for their clients right in front. For any first timers to MojoCryo, I recommend arriving 15 minutes early to sign their waiver. Pretty standard operating practice for these types of businesses. I had appointments for a Whole Body Cryotherapy session and a Compression Therapy session. Cryotherapy can reduce pain and inflamations, improve joint health, improve your mood, support exercise recovery and performance. I also heard your body burns 4-500 calories with each session. We started off with the cryotherapy. I was welcomed back to a room with changing areas and I was given socks, gloves and a robe. Since it was my first time they recommend that I keep my undergarments on, but I guess the frequent folks might be more comfortable being completely bare. When I was ready, this is when I met Pat, who kindly walked me through every second of the cryotherapy experience. I entered the chamber and as the temperature dropped Pat was so kind to distract me. She asked me if I had plans for the weekend and small talk that helped me forget about the cold. The cold was bearable for me and what surprised me was how I felt colder upon exiting as if my body took a minute to realize how cold it was. Then I felt warm as my body heated itself back up. What an interesting sensation... but honestly I feel great. After finishing up with the cryotherapy I got dressed and transitioned to the compression therapy. This was a leg compression therapy that feels like a massage. The compression therapy is meant to help with blood flow, reduce swelling, lower risk of blood clots, prevent varicose veins, and more. Somewhere between sitting too much for work, being on airplanes, and wearing high heals - I felt like my legs deserved some much needed loving. The equipment was easy to put on and from there you just hang out. Jeannie made me a delicious cup of Blueberry Lavender tea with some special touches, but I don't want to give away their secret recipe. That tea was delicious and soothing. During my compression therapy I got to chat with one of their regulars. It was amazing how everyone here from staff to other clients were all such nice and positive folks. Definitely the energy you want to surround yourself in. I was told that even olympic level athletes and celebrities come here for treatment. I loved the staff and their energy. There are not enough positive things to say about them. Enjoyed the treatments; and interested and intrigued with a few of the other services they offer. Definitely coming back. Time to rearrange my finances to fit in some of these perks, since they are most effective when done regularly. read more

I had been so excited to try full body cryotherapy but just never found the time. This place is right next door to one of the offices I work so I decided on a day that wasn't too busy to come on my lunch hour. I was greeted by Eduardo and Lindsey, who got me signed up since it was my first time. The place is super cozy and they have these most amazing smelling candles which helps you relax. After I signed my consent for the cryo it was a pleasure chatting with Lindsey about all the benefits of cryotherapy. I've been a runner for a long time and have heard of the benefits, and wanted to see if I could benefit! I was led to the cryo area and behind this little curtain given a wrap, cotton socks, followed by some gloves and ugg boots. After getting the full explanation I entered the booth, which had a slight chill, but not bad. After the door was closed I removed the robe and did these circles (like a rotisserie chicken) while Lindsey talked me through the full 3 minutes. It was cold, and it feels like you want to get goosebumps, but you don't! Talking it through helps. After the 3 minutes was up, I put my wrap back on and then stepped out the booth. Let me tell you, the rejuvenation is awesome! It's pretty quick! I had this nagging ache in my hamstring that went right away. Now, I thought it was just because I was so cold, but a whole day later it's still gone! The one benefit I was told about but didn't really believe was the improved sleep. Well, needless to say, I passed out in bed early, and slept the entire night, woke up early and felt so refreshed! It's a definite must try. There's a bed that is infrared light that I'm interested in trying but haven't yet. They also have the normotec boots which are wonderful especially for runners! First timer for whole body cryo is only $25, and regular sessions $50, plus they have packages that don't expire, or if you can go regularly, monthly deals too! I'll definitely be back. read more

First and for most, the staff and owner were some of the most friendly and welcoming people ever. I really wasn't too sure what I was getting into, but I never felt awkward or uncomfortable throughout the whole process. The office is gorgeous and welcoming, and before anything even happened I had a fantastic experience. And then came the fun stuff, getting into the cryo chamber! This was such an enjoyable experience for me, since I love the cold, although this was next level cold. Towards the last 30 seconds it really started to get chilly, but I made survived. The whole way through I had a staff member talking to me and making sure I was fine. The way my body felt afterwards was amazing. I felt so relaxed and calm. But, my main take away was how well I slept that night! I usually struggle with falling asleep, but the night after cyro, I fell asleep quickly and felt amazing in the morning. I can't say enough about MojoCyro! I originally went in to try the cryotherapy for pain from a herniated disc in my back. I ended up doing the Bemer mat (pulsed electromagnetic frequency) and Novathor (infrared red light bed) too. I signed up right away!
