First thing they answer the phone so kindly and ask the right questions. They have full transparency pricing. They fixed our air in a day by replacing our compressor. When we took it home that night it wasn't working quite right, so they took it right back and even loaned us a car! They had it back to us the next day and it's working perfectly now. We look forward to using Tom's in the future and recommending anyone else to go there. They were kind, honest, efficient- can't ask for more than that.

When's the last time you had an automotive shop fix something on your vehicle for under $100? Great service, fair pricing, and an easy experience from start to finish. Made an appointment and headed down a few days later. Waited a while at the desk, I think they were a bit shorthanded that day. Either way, the guy who ended up taking my keys could not have been any more "all business" than he was. Gruff, short, to the point. I thought this area was bustling with a lot more coffee shops and stuff, but ended up walking a ways to try to find a spot for my call. By the time I was done, they were done and the price was fair. They replaced a flex pipe and that was that, about $95 out the door. Car sounds good! Do they offer a warranty? I don't know. Do they want me to come back in anytime? I doubt it! Do they explain anything? Not really! But again, what they lack in the everyday courtesies, they make up for with efficiency and value.

The diagnostic process is a rip-off, made me buy new radiator and a bunch of other unnecessary parts totaling over $1000. all i was offered was a free oil change. Came to find out all i needed was a water pump seal for my coolant leak ($5 part). This process was a total nightmare several trips back and forth. I wouldn't wish this in my worst enemy. They'll bleed you dry for as much as they can for unnecessary labor hours and parts. i have proof and receipts. Id rather pay $200 elsewhere for a oil change before i ever bring my vehicle at this establishment again. $1000 down the drain

I paid about $770 for two break pads, two rotors that didn't need to be replaced but was forced into because they refused to replace break pads if I didn't because "they don't service break pads alone", and one caliper to be replaced. The caliper itself cost $350 for them to provide and put a "newly refurbished caliper" on my car. I trusted that they would do the work they charged me for only to realize two days later, they had put the exact same caliper that was already on my car back on my car. When I took my car back in when I got the time to do so, I was told that the caliper got rusty due to the weather two days after they put a brand new one on and it was my fault. A brand new caliper doesn't get rusty and need to be replaced two days after being put on. My other calipers that's been on my car for YEARS isn't rusty nor in bad shape or in need of immediate repair like the "newly refurbished caliper" they put on my car. When I asked if they could replace it since I had a warranty and realized it was the exact same caliper that was already on my car or at minimum in the exact same condition, they refused because they claimed it was my fault, the fault of other unrelated work that needs to be done on my car that they want money for, and the hot weather's fault that it needed to be replaced after only two days of their work. They're predatory, misogynistic, dishonorable, racist, demonic, narcissists! If that sounds like the service you're seeking, come here! *Image of the same rusty caliper below & proof that I paid for it to be replaced. I was also told I had to pay for break bleeding, the fluid, etc in order to get caliper replaced.
