I got the general tso chicken I felt like it was a little chewy. The breading on it almost seemed like it had sat out for a while. We also got the crab Rangoon's. They were very cream cheese filled. I'm not sure they had crab in them. I felt like they needed a little bit longer in the fryer. I would not order them again. The star of the show was the donut bites. If I were going to get anything here again, it would be these. Prices were not bad, but would look elsewhere for better food.

At first I thought they added white rice because it didn't look like fried rice at all- but then we tired it and both my husband and I agreed it was amazing!!! The crab rangoons were also really great, a lot more crab flavor than ones we had back in MN!! The sweet and sour chicken was pretty much the same as anywhere else, exactly what we were looking for. The lo mein seemed maybe a little mushy? We got plain so maybe we'll try it with chicken or something and see if it's better. The flavor was a little different than what we're used to, but not bad! Overall we'd probably go back, for sure for the rangoons and rice, maybe the chicken but might try something else too!

I live in Los Angeles and have several restaurants, however, when I am in Greenville, Ming Dynasty is the ONLY place I will go to! Love them

I have had the pork eggroll, chicken teriyaki, steamed and pan fried dumplings with extra dipping sauce, fried wontons with meat filling, Mongolian beef, chicken chow mein, Szechuan beef, fried rice with roast pork, General Tso's chicken, hot and sour soup with extra tofu, broccoli with garlic sauce, hot and spicy bean curd, veggie lo mein and beef lo mein. I typically order online. If I have any questions, they've always been nice when I called. Always nice for pick up and their delivery person was always nice, too. As for the food -- I concur with another customer's egg roll comment about no taste/flavor. As for menu items flagged as spicy -- they weren't. They tasted good but were mild. If you like mild soups and entrees, you'll be happy but you'll likely be disappointed if you want spicy food.

We ordered the Thai Potstickers, the Singapore Rice Noodles with Chicken, and the Sakura Soba Noodles with Steak (both at spice level 2), and everything was exceptional. The Thai Potstickers were perfectly crisp with a savory filling that tasted homemade. The Singapore Rice Noodles were light, aromatic, and full of authentic flavor without being greasy. The Sakura Soba Noodles with Steak were just as impressive -- tender steak, balanced seasoning, and a sauce that tasted like something you'd get at a true mom‑and‑pop Asian kitchen. Spice level 2 had the perfect kick. You can tell this place is run with pride -- fresh ingredients, generous portions, and consistently delicious food. If you're looking for authentic Asian cuisine in Greenville, this family‑owned restaurant should be at the top of your list. Easily one of the best in town.

We stopped in right at opening on a Saturday and the lady who greeted us, I'm assuming the owner, couldn't have been nicer. She was waiting on us and in the kitchen cooking. We ordered spring rolls, bi bim bap with beef and Thai basil with chicken and all were incredibly delicious. The Thai basil chicken is something my wife orders regularly and the depth of flavors in this dish made it one of the best I've ever tried. It was my first time ordering bi bim bap and also thought the flavors were incredible. The portions were huge but I almost managed to finish it because it was so good. We will definitely be back to try other options as good Chinese food is severely lacking in this area.

The service is questionable, there's one cashier up front every time I've gone and she seems annoyed by every part of interacting with customers. Ambience wise it might be slightly off putting to some, but I enjoy it. Big slightly dim dining area, booth seating comparable to a low end burger place. Not winning any awards, but a neat little spot if you're craving Chinese and are fine with an experience a little rough around the edges. Feels more human than a big chain.
