The gas station is a great addition for the area, as well as offering air machines for tires. There's plenty of parking, not only for regular vehicles, but for larger trucks that can stop at the back of the site. There are several pumps available, which can make the wait times super lengthy because there's often only one attendant. The staff work hard to manage the amount of people visiting and get you on your way.

I'm a resident of New Providence. I regularly go to this gas station for gas. Recently, my tire…read morepressure was low so I stopped by to get air. I was helped by one of the mechanics at this gas station to fill air in my tires. After, he told me to drive it around at 35-40 mph & the dash board notification will go away. After driving it 15 min the notification didn't go away so I went back to this gas station. When I told the mechanic what was going on, the owner (his father) was very rude. He stood up from his seat, raised his voice, told me to go home & to come back tomorrow. He said he's the owner & that his son helped me enough for the day (he spent 5 minutes to fill the tires & I even tipped him). I've never been so humiliated! He treated me with such disrespect by the way he spoke to me & "shoo-ing" me away with his hand gestures. The owner's last name is Murphy. He has no respect for his customers! I will never go back to this gas station again & will spread the word to my friends and other town residents. I'd rather drive the distance than support this man's business.

Said my card was no good because I'm out of state (so he assumed). The card must have timed out while he left for the other customer. He asked for another card. I said no, that card is fine. He said he's wasting too much time talking to me. Threw my card back at me. I went across the street to Wawa. My card was fine. The attendant was an idiot. AND RUDE.

The guys who work here are quick and they don't try to wash your windows for a tip which many other gas stations are guilty of doing in Jersey. They will also ask before topping off. Bravo guys! Their bathroom is roomy and usually clean, that's what I stop in here to use most. For those of you who are coffee nuts they have a standard Coffee station. They've got your standard selection of snacks and drinks in the fridges. They also have a small utility section for bits for your car or house. Nothing major but its there so that's a plus. This place really shines because of the built in food counter. They have their own deli inside the "Bolla Market". They've got a whole bunch of refrigerated cold sandwiches and salads that are pre-made. They also make any cold sandwich fresh on request. They serve a variety of "hot foods" that changes every day. Some-days they've got some really good Lasagna, other days I've seen grilled fish, sausage and peppers are common, Penne w Vegetables in Oil, Home Potatoes, Lemon Chicken, Roast Fish, Mashed Potatoes, etc. It's different every day. Of course they have a hot grill for hot sandwiches too, but I'm not to sure which hours its open. I've come around as early as 2pm and it was closed, but have seen it open as late as 8. They also have a Hot Dog Station with Hot Dogs. Jalapeno Sausages, and a few Taquito-esque items. The only complaint I have about this place is that I managed to buy an expired Entamins item. I'm not sure how it happened, but I went back a few hours later to warn them and the item was removed (though nothing offered for my trouble. Overall the employees are friendly, I've never seen anyone be rude, though they might have one or two guys who are a bit slower then they should be at a Gas Station/Food Mart. Take a trip down memory lane at the Madison Hills Gulf station…read more I don't usually review gas stations, but there is something nostalgic about this little two pump corner station in the residential area of Clark. The station has a two bay garage attached. As I pulled into the station I ran over one of those old hoses that ring a bell inside. Out comes a grizzled, old station attendant to pump my gas. Of course, he had to take my credit card inside to run it - no pay at the pump here. I asked to use the bathroom and was told - you guessed it - that it was outside. I walked into the smallest bathroom that I have ever been in. It was disgustingly dirty and the fixtures were ancient - I half expected to see one of those rotating cloth towel things that used to be all the rage in the 70s. Take your kids to the Madison Hills Gulf before every gas station like this is extinct. There are not 16 pumps, no convenience store, no deli, and the bathroom makes you want to hold it until you get home, but I felt like I was taken back to my childhood hanging out the window of my parents Oldsmobile Vista Cruiser station wagon while they filled up the tank with leaded gasoline for $10.
