We have raised our concerns whereupon the tile doctor came back and tried another treatment on part of the floor - no difference. He then claimed it was a problem with rising damp and salt. however as far as a humidity tester can tell all tiles are dry. We think the floor has been cleaned too aggressively and we would not recommend him or employ him again.

We initially wanted this company to crystal polish 58 of our units in our west London property…read more the work was Ok but far from what we expected to see, I would have asked them to clean another room before judging again. while we are not in the congestion charge zone they have added this charge to their invoice. when I queried this they said it was added because that's the direction the Sat Nav took them. (even though they come from Surrey) I've cancelled all other units I had planned for them as I don't feel it was an honest service and when I explained why they didn't seem to care either.
