He was being sent home almost every other day due to behavior issues. Issues that come about ONLY at their center. While they gave incident reports and allowed a support specialist to observe, they never let that person implement a plan to help him. After speaking with multiple parents, many are unfortunately experiencing a similar situation as their child entered the 3 year old class. The behaviors they documented ex: tantrums, trouble with transitions, reacting to being scolded - are completely normal for a 3-year-old. These behaviors don't happen at home or elsewhere, which makes me feel the daycare environment played a role in shaping them considering he has attended for the past 3 years consistently. They raised my child. They raised my child to believe that this is how to behave in a daycare environment. Instead of supporting him through a difficult phase, they expelled him. If your child has big emotions or needs extra support, this may not be the right place. If you are wanting this center to be the care taker for your infant until toddler years, expect an unstable foundation, in which I was expecting the opposite. I do not believe that this center is equipped to handle children with big personalities or that do not fit into a narrow mold. I have since learned that this classroom is extremely chaotic and not structured. They absolutely need more experienced care staff for this age group. This was a heartbreaking ending to what should have been a trusted relationship. I do NOT recommend ** I want to add that this center BLOCKED me on Facebook after leaving the same review on their business reviews page on Facebook. Probably expected the review to go away. Do NOT trust someone who throws rocks and hides their hands!**

Her first year their was fantastic until she started the VPK program. She was switched to Ms.Elizabeth's class and everything went down hill. Her speech started to decline, her reading and writing declined as well but Ms.Elizabeth blamed us as parents for this. That's not even the worst part of this review. My daughter started coming home saying Ms. Elizabeth put her hands on her. Grabbed her hand hard, pushed her and even called her stupid and dumb because she's not as fast as the other kids in class. My daughter no longer wished to go to school anymore because she didn't like how her teacher Ms. Elizabeth was treating her. When we confronted Nicole about the issue, she said " I'm sorry to hear that." They asked my wife to taker her review down or reword it because of the mention of child abuse and they don't want their school investigated but that's what was happening. We will be filing with Pinellas County Schools about this issue as well because covering it up is unacceptable. Don't get me wrong the school was great until my daughter was put in Ms. Elizabeth's class but another reason they are getting such a low review is how they handled the situation when we've been telling them everything that our daughter has been telling us and her grandparents. They will probably take this down but I will just keep posting it until something is done about Ms. Elizabeth. If you call little kids dumb, stupid and put hands on them then you shouldn't be watching let alone teaching kids and shouldn't be working with kids.

She was taught how to write her name but only barely and when I spoke to other families? The same. It is a good place but we could have put her somewhere less expensive to simply play all day.

Some were potty trained, others were not. He fit right in and the teachers were wonderful with helping him learn!! They have these cute kiddy size potties that are perfect for toddlers! The teachers are all well versed and wonderful. I remember asking him who his friends were after he had been attending regularly for two weeks. He told me his teacher, Ms. Pamela, was his best friend. I thought that was the cutest and majorly reassuring as a mother to hear! Kids enter into a locked area, and have a nice routine. Parents are given a daily journal explaining what their child did all day, how well they ate their snacks and lunch, when and how long they napped, when and if they used the potty (with or without an accident) and then additional comments. Each child is celebrated on their birthday. The school is creative and has a nice play ground. The school is organized, clean, friendly and safe. The hours start at 6:30 AM and end at 5:30 PM. Their availability worked wonders for my work schedule. The best part is my son has never been happier!! Every time we drive by the school during off hours, he wants to return. He is well adjusted, learning a lot, and making wonderful friends. We're so thankful for Little Lambs Christian Preschool! I highly recommend them with all my heart!
