Really disappointing experience…read more First, it appears this business no longer actually operates in San Francisco and instead refers or sends work to friends/family connected with the business. We used them for house cleaning about 4-5 times. We originally had Wednesdays scheduled, then switched to Mondays. Then, completely out of nowhere, they simply stopped showing up. I texted the person coordinating our cleanings three separate times and received no response. I then contacted another person associated with the business, who replied and said she would follow up with her nephew. After that, nothing. That was by far the most frustrating part: no cancellation, no explanation, no response -- they just ghosted us. It was also disappointing because every time we hire a new cleaner, there is time involved in showing them the house, explaining what needs to be done, and establishing a routine. After doing that with this team, it ended up feeling like a complete waste of our time. We also experienced a change in pricing from what was discussed during the initial walkthrough, which added to the frustration. With young kids, we rely on having dependable help and can't easily absorb a cleaner simply not showing up. I understand if a business can no longer accommodate a client, but sending a simple message is the bare minimum. The lack of communication was extremely unprofessional.

The team of cleaners that came over were easy to…read moretalk to and work with and after a brief discussion to confirm the areas we needed cleaned they got right to work and didn't need any additional assistance or details. The service needed was two bathrooms and 1 vacant bedroom deep cleaned, plus the exterior of second windows which could be reached from the inside. They completed all of this work in roughly 3 hours, and they made the most of this time, vacuuming and wiping down every surface. At one point I watched as a team member cleaned in the gap between where the hardwood floor and the baseboard should connect, but since it's and older house these had become warped and dirt had gotten between there. In the end all the cleaned areas shined like new. As an added note, we live with two pets, cat and dog and the team was comfortable to work around both animals, who were curious what was going on in the house. I would absolutely hire them again. No headaches with scheduling and well worth the money for the job they did.

Amazing Cleaning Team presented itself as…read morea San Francisco cleaning company, but I was told the crew assigned to my appointment was coming from an hour away. Despite having a scheduled appointment, they informed me the cleaners would arrive 30-40 minutes late. I had already been quoted $300-$400 for cleaning a small unit that had been left in clean condition. The company scheduled the appointment for Saturday, but then began telling me about cleaners charging overtime on weekends--as though their own scheduling decisions and staffing costs were somehow my responsibility. When I pointed out that their crew was late and that they were wasting my time, the company responded by canceling my appointment altogether. No meaningful apology, no attempt to make the situation right--just a cancellation after I objected to their poor scheduling and lack of professionalism. I cannot comment on the quality of their cleaning because they never showed up. Based on their unreliable scheduling, misleading presentation, and terrible customer service, I would strongly recommend finding another cleaning company.

From the moment they arrived--right on time--they got to work and didn't stop until every inch of my place was spotless. My landlord was honestly amazed during the final walkthrough. What really stood out was their dedication. They worked long hours without cutting corners, ensuring everything was done to perfection. I had previously dealt with another company that did a no-call no-show, and I considered a few others with slightly lower prices--but I'm so glad I chose Full Cleaning Service. It was 100% worth it for the peace of mind and the incredible results. If you want reliable, thorough, and truly professional cleaners, don't hesitate--book them. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!
