I have heard the staff especially managemen make fun of an elderly women for asking a question. Laughing and calling her crazy. If you donate I have notice there is no respect for things as they are tossed around like some kind of baseketball event. The prices are so high. I used to donate and even money during Christmas but can no longer participate. Please note this is my store and maybe other states have better ones. Very disappointed!

I visit this thrift store about once a week and usually have a great experience, which is why I…read morecontinue coming back. Today was a bit different. I came in around 3 PM and wasn't greeted, which isn't a big deal, just unusual compared to my past visits. At 3:59 PM, a staff member approached me and said "we would like to close, it's 4 PM." The doors were already locked and the open sign had been turned off. I apologized, as I had mistakenly checked the hours for a different thrift store--completely my fault. That said, the interaction felt a bit abrupt and not very welcoming. I've always appreciated the environment here, and that's a big reason I shop here regularly. Unfortunately, this experience left a negative impression. With so many thrift stores around, customer experience really makes a difference and today felt very unwelcoming. Would like to note, I've been there around closing before and usually they make an announcement and are super friendly, today that was not the case.

They are constantly updating stock which includes yard art, tools, wall hangings, hunting decoys, some furniture, and a lot of ceramic collectibles, knick-knacks, and artistic objects. And they have two cute pups! They are situated on the US 12 Heritage Garage Sale route, which is held annually and is 200 miles long.

I get that you are selling for a cause though competing pricing is maddening as this is just a boutique vs a thrift shop. I have recently found several items that have been marked over from a cheaper price to a more expensive price. This is just plan tacky. If you are going to price it higher, remove the old tag. Because of this, I'm steering clear. There are other shops that are more affordable and have better practices than this. Do better please.
